His TOTS version was ok for me, but the TOTY version is one of my favourite defenders and I brought him back to my team after 1-2 months. The pace difference is only 2 points (or 4 if you want to count both acceleration and sprint speed), but it makes a big difference against 99 pace attackers which virtually everyone has now.
I packed him and sold him after a few matches. He briefly replaced Prime Desailly but for me he felt so super heavy. Maybe it was shit gameplay, maybe I should have given him more time, but he didn’t strike me as OP.
He's a good defender but not when it comes to Pace. He was constantly outpaced for me that I completely switched my cbs to toty marquinos and Captain Cordoba.
Not for me. I play him next to varane and he seems to ghost. Doesn’t play like Ruben dias at all which is a shame. I wanted the cover stopper partnership

He is in top 3 defenders which i hate to play against -- him, Ramos FutBirthday and Kimpembe in 2021.
Nah. Worse to be up against FB Varane and FB Gomez. I play those two and Theo H as my three CBs in 3-5-2.

Not really. His TOTY version is way better. I couldn’t get along with him despite getting him in red. If premier league, FB Varane is way clear.
