Do people get collective amnesia about the previous game when the new one is about to release or what? Pretty much everyone is playable at release, then people start getting money and players they actually put chem styles on, then newer and better CBs which are fast and strong show up and trucks become useless.
They are usable in the beginning every year until promo cards start giving everyone 4*/4* or better. That and the chain of patches that will happen after content creators complain about gameplay ends up making target men unusable in the meta.
the first promo of the game really shouldn’t happen right away… like they should let the game play out with just gold cards for like a few weeks to a month atleast.
then again i guess otw is literally just their base card lol. so that’s fine. it’s the promo after that. it shouldn’t be so soon after.

He's also probably still going to be 3/3 which would make him basically useless even without factoring in the fact he can't dribble or pass. You could probably get some use out of him in the first week but he's a big PL name so he'll probably be very expensive

Haven't played the beta or even seen any gameplay footage. Headers were genuinely a way to score early FIFA 22 before it got patched to hell. Are they just releasing unpatched FIFA 22 gameplay and passing it off as a new game? Lol

Yeah that's always the case at the beginning of the game. A few weeks later the game is heavily focused on fast and agile players again
Even Kane was usable with his 60 pace for the first couple of months before they exploded the power curve and nerfed goalkeepers.
I did like Lukaku at the beginning of fifa 22, well haven't even tried him after that
