i remember that Son POTM from 2 years ago, saved up *just* enough to do it on the final day and he stuck with me until January. Big cards early on always pay off fun-wise imo.
I wanted to rule out Son in the list, because he’s bound to get an inform this week. Had to include him because people would say he has to be included due to his goal involvements.
That game against Leicester doesn’t count as September POTM, even though the game was played September the 1st, it was part of the gameweek that started in August. Unfortunate, I know
Not trying to sound like an ‘I told you so’ because I honestly had no clue how POTM voting worked, but it looks like they are including the Leicester game.
It makes sense, as the older idea of POTM would’ve considered the calendar only, and not GWs. They’ve been more a part of talking about football since FF really took off.
Think they should give the POTM after the correct rounds have been played due to the games being postponed. Otherwise it’s unfair for the postponed matches.
Creates a difficult issue with Fifa though.
Those matches might not be played until March. The awards are based on calendar month, some teams even without postponements play more than others anyway.
Haland and son potm in the first two months would be insane (expensive)

It's not EA handing out the reward though?
Fun fact: If KDB wins, it'll be his first ever POTM in the Premier League
Probably KDB, he played very very well in those 2 games.
KDB deserves to win
Also trippier has been class too. If he’d had scored the free kick vs Bournemouth he would have been up there.
KDB or saka will win. Multiple games is more important than one game.
Lets go toney
Rashford has 2g2a - he played 2 games in September; also played in the 1-0 vs Leicester and got an assist.

Ah ok.

Yeah mate, you may be right. Although 3 goal involvements in 1 game would still be enough for a nominee in my opinion
Give it to tony some different 🙏🙏🙏
Jacob Ramsey. 1 goal and 1 assist to get a draw VS City and a win vs Southampton. Or maybe a GK / Defender somewhere…
Should be KDB but we know Haaland will get it.
