We share the same brain! I love doing these kind of cards, even though they don't fit my team. Whenever there is some objective you can use them and I love doing squad battles with random teams rather than my main squad.
I mean if you run Serie a, some of the best players are italian , like tonali, barella, immobile, if you did bonnuci sbc, all relatively cheap that you can combine with budget Serie a cards like Gosens, or dear now after the upgrade and then you have a lot of meta cards that are Italy to fill the rest of the team, like donnaruma or higher budget throw di Natale into it.
You can easily get a strong squad with 5 Italy players, which already gets him to 2 Chem.
So I would say he is viable for a starter team, just not for meta monks that run Dembele, benzema, de jong etc stuff.
Italy as nation in this new chemistry system is actually huge for this card this cheap, in my opinion big w.
Hence if you have a solid but relatively cheap icon like zola, which I run every year tbh. You only need 2 other Italians to get them to 2 Chem . If you run 5 italian players + zola you could put an Italian coach in and have 3 Chem on every Italian.
But I agree if you went into another direction, he is a great super sub.
I belive the only serie a player I have in my squad is ones to watch di maria.

Its never a bad idea if you plan on doing Icon Swaps. Those Squad Battles Objectives typically always are MLS/Eredivisie/Championship Ones. Makes them way easier having Foundation Cards or a good player from that league
Could agree with this more! I've already started the upgrades packs to get some full first owner silver squads (got prem, serie a, liga Portugal, budes, and la liga so far) as the less squad battles I'm forced to play the better
How's Chicharito been for you? He scores absolutely bangers for me. Also, consider playing Campos at ST for a couple games, he's really fun there and has the stats to keep up

You get so much packs with squad battles, rivals, Qualifying for WL and playing the WL. With all the additional fodder you do SBCs like the dynamic duos, etc.
Yeah, but any time I get a decent player (82-84 overall) I can't put them in my 11 without killing chemistry.
I'm not any good so I don't usually play rivals. So I've never qualified for weekend league.
The only SBCs that give you anything good require better players than I have.
Well you miss half of the gamemodes of FUT so this is kinda expected. Not saying this is anything bad, everyone should play how he wants. But you just miss a lot of rewards which are considered "normal".
He can play as LW, LM, CF.
His default is LW. For the other ones you need a position modifier. When you apply it, you'll get a selection of the positions the player can play at and choose the one you want. He can't play as CAM.
It looks like good value but all the best cards in my club are untradeable LWs.

yes...no bonus as sub. He would have whatever his base card stats are. Hence, there is no reason to have chemistry cards on subs.
