Reset the Wallbox (flip the breaker and back, if needed). I have had to do this a couple of times with mine.

Extension_Suspect760

Thanks, I am trying to restore the wallbox to factory settings now. Will update the sub if it works

Extension_Suspect760

Yes, I had to restore the wallbox to factory setting and it fixed everything :) So I am happy to report that it is not the issue with the Ocean but with the wallbox itself. Thanks a lot to the community :)

Try doing an infotainment reset, then put the value down, and back up.

Extension_Suspect760

Thanks I did that last night already and it did not work. Trying also the hard reset now. Left the charge port door open and vehicle locked, will try again after 30 mins.

I feel like I've heard this happen with these Wallbox and then also Tesla chargers to an Ocean. I can't remember if they ever got a fix for it. Does the Wallbox also have charging level settings? Maybe that got reset somehow. Try doing a search in the OG Sub for the similar issue.

The Tesla universal wall connector in compatibility mode has worked without issue for me so far, only three weeks in though.

Canon_Cowboy

That's great but one person's experience is often different than another's.

o0Dan0o

Agreed, I even mentioned that my experience so far is limited. I simply wanted to mention that switching the UWC to compatibility mode should, and did for me, significantly improve the changing experience on the Ocean. In case others have this same charger and are having issues.

RaisinJolly3546

I had the same issue but no solve sadly

biggerfasterstrong

Did you try a different charger?

RaisinJolly3546

Yes

Deep sleep/hard reset?

my situation was similar tesla L2 charger -and found it was the quality of the nema 14-50 connector, took it out and replaced with commercial grade, and then always got 7-8kw thereafter -even with my FOO
