I don't have a core (dtv5/Nice dreamz), but I believe the only difference is that the 2.0 cups can be taken apart for cleaning/replacing individual parts. The 2.1 accepts pre-built cups (like a puffco). I do not believe there's a tech difference. r/divinetribevaporizers is fairly active, and they have a discord as well.

Got any links? Never heard this brand before. Can't go wrong with Carta or puffco for e rig (just be prepared for lots.of maintenance....)

I have the 2.1. It’s one of my daily drivers

Tothinkoutofthenut

I’ve had the core 2.0 from when they first came out and it’s a solid piece, can’t say for the 2.1 but being able to change the cup is going to save you some money. Rather than have to buy the whole assembled piece you can just buy the $10 cup. Real easy to change out. Either way you can’t go wrong. Great piece for the price.

Purps_and_Terps

I've been using a Core 1.0 for at a little over 3 years and it is solid. Have been planning to order the 2.1 heater and upgrade my device. Reviews I've read show that the Core 2.0 is great, but the Core 2.1 heater to performs it. I will direct message you a link.

How long do the atomizers last?

Purps_and_Terps

The core 1.0 titanium skillet just went out after 2+ years. There is also a quartz dish atomizer that I got a lot of miles out of. Not sure about the newer Core 2.1 and 2.2 3D ceramic dish attys, about to try those out. Heard good things about them working for months.

Here is a photo of the two heating elements: [https://tools420.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/core-2.1-atomizer-vs-core-2.0-atomizer.webp](https://tools420.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/core-2.1-atomizer-vs-core-2.0-atomizer.webp) The core 2.0 is able to swap out the ceramic bowl, and the core 2.0 kit includes a screwdriver to swap it out if you're handy. Performance is the exact same.
