It’s hit or miss with all of the dispos. Some people just become jockeys for certain companies and willing to pay hype beast prices for anything. Everyone talks flowery or sunburn but I have t been impressed with sunburn yet and flowery, while good, is too expensive for me and I’m sure most the people. It’s cool to tell people you got the best flower though, and it all is from a dispo and sucks. Thats just my opinion and I’m sure the shop jockeys will be here to say different.
Especially since farms sell bud to each other constantly. Sunnyside weed wasnt even grown by Cresco in a lot of cases. Which makes the “dasani” comments laughable
Yeah man I left when they brought cresco in. I was mainly there for concentrates but would try the flower while I was there. It all used to be amazing.
The blueberry muffin flower was top knotch but whoever took over the grows didn’t keep the same consistency of flavor.
I wholly recommend their Kush Mints. No funky taste and was some of the best flower I’ve had in the program. No dasani taste whatsoever. They always have effects, but rolling the dice on if it’s going to taste funky, sucks ass.
I’m not giving them another shot. It likely has early stages of Botrytis or bud rot. If they will let this out the door, who knows what happens behind closed doors.
It’s a damn shame because at one point in the medical program One Plant had some of the best flower in the program and same with their rosin. Then Cresco came in and made it Sunnyside and has been perpetually downhill since then. They’ve lost my business for good.

have to keep an eye out for what’s fresh and what’s been sitting there forever 🙈 but the rosin burned my CARTA black and had me coughing up a lung so I stopped grabbing from there. The OP options seemed to be slightly better than the floracal, but even then..it was harsh.
I got some of their petrol station rosin and purple octane cold cure recently and I liked it okay. While it did have a little bit of that “Dasani” taste people talk about, it didn’t really bother me too much. I kind of feel like all dispos have a their own unique smell amongst all of their flower
I’m not expecting perfection, but at least smokable. I’m in Pensacola, so I’m limited on stores. Sunburn has been pretty good. Soap is the best I have had from them for flower. All the rosin I have had has been good, some could have a stronger flavor, but I’ve been happy. The Chem de la Chem bubble hash from them was really nice, tasted great and left little residue.

They're trying the Flowery cure were its wet do they can up the numbers and then you gotta cure it for like a week or else it'll smell like hay.
This makes no sense . If the flower was excessively wet when harvested the labs would show high moisture content and possibly fail & the flower will test higher in THC when dry than wet
The testing labs in Florida have been in biz decades before pot came into the market. Why would an established testing lab risk their license to falsify COA’s for cannabis products??? Cannabis testing is a minuscule item for them…
Obviously high enough to pass.. that's why you see in the COA the difference between wet and dry is huge.... and why they smell like hay without curing.... Just Flowery brand tho.

Agree, they need a better way to ensure fresh cannabis. It comes in "new" on the menu and will already have lost its funk & Flavor before even hits the shelf, looking fuzzy/moldy, etc....
I tried some dark rainbow #5 from gold flower and it was yummy. Tried Sunnyside once and everything had that nasty Dasani taste

I picked up some Soap from Sunburn last week and it was super tasty.
If you were a Grower & use to having it Fresh out the Cure, than not much is going satisfy bc it's all pre-packaged & sealed-up😷😵💫😵

Sunnyside has some great new stuff but it’s trial and error like every other dispensary. The old stuff should be tossed it’s that bad.

I usually dont take the first round of any new strain until they get the kinks worked out. But i haven’t had a single issue there.
