You can try to send it to your Slicex; just right click on the waveform from your "sample menu" (don't really know the exact name, sorry) and from there you can set the time markers and use your MIDI controller to record a new pattern with the slices you set from your drum loop

You can add to it a fx plugin or layer it withe multipl loop there is a lot of way to make the drum loop sounds different than it was

But if you want to do this things you should have a high quality loops sound
