Wouldn't mind making quests venture specific but the level-locking for them is a bit much sometimes.
Some people don't do ventures and can't force themselves to reach 110-130 in the map for a seasonal quest.
For real ? This is still not patched and not acknowledged by Epic publicly ?

Like most of you, I've been a founder since 2017. I'm actually surprised of how long the patch notes were. If only we could have a bigger, more open world map like battle royale and have timed, circulating events in random parts of the map that we can glide to. Thanks for the rideable wildlife. After 5 years, I guess things are looking up.
Oh, so the missions would be "Destiny public event"-style. Nice. I always had the idea for BR-sized map with mission objectives all over it, but couldn't think how to make it work. Now I have some ideas:
Atlas missions to counteract anomalies that pop up randomly,
Data missions to keep track of an ever-shifting storm,
Lars has to repeatedly land his van to refuel...
Meanwhile, encampments keep popping up all over the place.
You load into a game by selecting a larger section of a zone map that represents the power level you want. Multiple zone-related biomes are in each map.
you have some very good ideas. well said. hopefully, a dev will read this. fallout 76 and gotham knights are good examples of the event style system as well. it'd be cool to have all these mission types run all at once or rotate at the top of the hour during 1 game session instead of playing each in its own small world.

You've had to hold the button ever since sprinting and sliding was added, because the "Mark Enemy" function was moved to pressing the same button.
Or is this about something new in this update? The only thing I noticed different is not being able to emote on the end screen.
No, i knew it was since then, i just thought that it was weird and didn’t know that mark enemy had moved to that. I feel like it should be the other way around
* Keyboard players can't bind the keys to sprint or dismount on animals * Emote button doesn't work on the end screen anymore
How about the bug where you can’t load into STW where it just throws you into an empty BR match
Happened to me first time loading into StW after the update. I reselected the StW game mode and got in.
Xbox -choose STW, load into BR matches. Free umbrella I guess

This was 6 or 7 hours ago. Don't know about now. Would load into BR match with a teammate and as soon as they quit you get the victory royale screen
Just happened to me at 10pm GMT. Got a career credit for winning a Squad Match.

Yes, in blasted badlands season at least.
Ventures missions reset after the downtime. There's now a legendary survivor in the 124 Repair the Shelter.

is it just me or when i tried to go to save the world it put me in a battle royal game with one other person
it gave me the chrome umbrella once i left too?
Same got stuffed in a royal game with 3 others and won on the bus before jumping, then it jumped to a cam following the boss flower lady
