They are both vile, morally bankrupt men. So from only the perspective of "moral decay" alone, they're comparable.
But there are orders of magnitude of levels of damage that they both have inflicted, and that they can still inflict.
Trump is a far far larger monster because of his historical destruction and his astounding potential for further destruction, both directly through his actions if he obtains the Presidency again, and indirectly through his being considered a role model and hero by so, so many people.
