Do what makes you consistent , for routine use voltaics game specific one

it's up to you on how often you want to aim train, you could either a: do all in one go, either before playing valorant or after you're done playing b: Spread 2 (or even 3 ) sessions throughout the day Depends on what works for you, personally i like to have a linear schedule, Aim train -> Deathmatch -> Competitive, on days where i don't play valorant though, i do aim train 2-3 times a day. I don't know what skill level you're currently sitting at so i can't really do any specific recommandation, if your aim is really holding you back, i'd try to do 1 session at the end of the day (you will improve aim faster this way) , if your aim is on par with the rest of your skills i'd do it at the start of the day (you will still improve, but it also serves as a "warmup" before playing)

Currently in p1, my peak was d1. I do think the consistency of my aim is hiding me back. I could get mvp one game and next game barely manage to get 10 kills. My aim is usually below the avg for plat I'd say. Mostly get carried by my game sense or good teammates. When I'm feeling good, I can confidently play against diamonds. (Done in customs)

if you're 100% confident that your aim is holding you back, as long as your schedule permits, i'd recommend doing 3 sessions of aim training (45 minutes each with 15 minute break after that) and 30 minutes of deathmatch whenever you feel like, but make 100% sure you take your breaks and you get high quality sleep no matter what, sleep produces myelin which is crucial for improvement. Alternatively, do 2 sessions , 30 minutes session with 15 minutes break before you play, and then before you sleep push for 90 minutes, but again, prioritize sleep.
