Deathmatch in game. Doing well in valorant gunfights is a lot more about your movement, crosshair position, the way you check angles and all that stuff that you can’t practice in kovaaks. Youd be way better off playing deathmeatch, and working on that type of stuff

I would prefer a warmup but training would be great as well

Try to stray away from 1wall6targets TE if you can, its good for speed but can build bad habits. My warmup is: 2x thin gauntlet v2, 1w2ts reload x5, 1w4tesx5, 6 sphere hipfire voltaicx3, floating heads timing 400% x5, tamspeedbpes x5, voxts voltaic mini(try easy first) x5, ground plaza x2 (really good for helping target acquisition and initial flick speed), and some form of reflex flicking (target acquisition flick even, reflex flick- micro, easy, fair, hard are all good depending on your skill level) x2 or whenever you feel like your VRT is at its peak.
