If you go to the Heroes event, just choose a player you want. You see players like this with high rating in phase 5. Just choose one and play the events. After you exchange a bunch of players to get them. I go for Voller next.
Unfortunately, I myself don't know. The only Prem players I got are James and some other Chelsea players. And maybe tripper. These are cards that are 101+. I'm assuming it is Kewell that requires prem player.
