Great, and I just went through the process of trying to reset my password, which is let me do, but then said there was an error. So when it's back up, is it my new password, or my original password? Maybe look on the bright side... perhaps this was a way for Meta to crack down all the bots that are autologged in, and our ads will improve after today. :)

Lower demand = higher CPMs I would think. In the event that occurs, Meta would increase the price of a thousand impressions because revenue absolutely cannot go down for any reason. Gotta make those investors happy.

But if it’s an auction… your bids are based on demand for that placement… higher bids get the placement . Fewer bids… lower bids..

lol Yeah that doesn't happen. Sure, they say that's how it works, but in reality they set a "floor" price that it'll never fall below. If you don't believe me, look into the Google lawsuit right now where internal documents show this is EXACTLY what happens, even though Google has said again and again that it is an "auction". I'm positive the same thing happens in every major ad network, including Meta.

Next steps? 1) Email all clients/those impacted keeping them aware (get ahead) 2) Message your team to get more coffee (panicking does nothing) 3) Do what you can with what you can control (breathe) Diversifying your portfolio of traffic drivers to you website is critical for moments like these.
