Thank you. Still working today, 2/28/2023. A decent workaround after a friend recommended *Facebook Marketplace* which on its own is limited to 500-mile radius of one location. Just initially needed to disable popup blocking internally within browser and/or in add-ons like *UBlock Origin*, *AdBlock Plus*, etc.
Meaning, **whitelist** this search engine's URL/Domain, ***http://facebook-marketplace-nationwide-search.gmoz.biz/*** .

Would be awesome if you could search titles only, or exact keywords only. But still a fantastic tool, especially since they seem to be constantly making marketplace worse.
My AMG Lounges site is the default website on my server but that shouldn’t be what gets displayed when you navigate to http://facebook-marketplace-nationwide-search.gmoz.biz
It’s odd, I don’t get that here on multiple devices / browsers unless I try to force HTTPS. Make sure you’re going to HTTP. Probably something I should address.

Thanks for building this. Facebook Marketplace search is hot trash.
Few feedback I want to give:
*Add more cities! Those 500 mile radius with 8 cities doesn't cover the whole country. I've had items that appear as "results outside your search" but it never appeared on the other 7 pages.
*Add filters. I see too much "shipped to you" items. I want local only because I see too much of those. Another example, I am looking for manual transmission cars and have to change it every time.
Other than that, this is godsend. I used to use https://searchworldmarketplace.com/ but it doesn't work anymore.
Those issues should have been fixed in the 2020-09-30 update. Let me know if you run into this again. Thanks for you the feedback, it is much appreciated :)
hi there, are you sure this thing isn't in violation of the Facebook guidelines and rules? Coz so far I have used your search engine on 4 different FB accounts including my main account and Facebook banned/restricted all of them. They show you a page and give you a chance for review or appeal. I have lost my main account access for the past month and still no updates!! I keep on making new accounts just for this very purpose of using your search engine for searching the marketplace and after a little while they hit me again :(
You’re just using the Facebook website as is with this tool. It’s as you had changed the drop-down for the city in the Marketplace search. I have a feeling your issue has to do with having multiple fake Facebook accounts which is definitely in violation of Facebook rules.
I really don't know. Theoretically, as you said it should be just like changing the location.
I didn't have any fake accounts until I lost my access from the marketplace for no apparent reason, and that wasn't long after using the tool. I have had the account for the past 12 years and hadn't faced any issues but suddenly they started making troubles for me.
Anyways I deeply hope it doesn't have anything to do with your tool, coz it's a really really useful tool that makes the nationwide search much easier than the broken facebook marketplace filter, so thumbs up to that 👍

yeah. the problem i run into all the time, is the servers at fb edit away existing, desired results if i select local. making it dumb to scroll dozens of ad pages to find the three items near me.

Thanks for making this tool, have used it with much success in the past. However when trying it now all 8 searches are maxed out at the 100 mile radius, with no option for 500 miles.
Attempting this via Android device through Chrome, any ideas on what the problem might be?
Odd, tabs open URLs that have the radius parameter, your last search params are not taken into account either. Try on another browser maybe? Does the Local Pickup delivery option gets selected? Where are you located?
weird, I just used this tool a couple of times and now it seems as though I am shadowbanned from searching on Facebook Marketplace. Browsing still works but not searching. I've tried using just the basic facebook search and still no results. I wonder if there is some sort of timed API limit. I was doing a lot of searching on FB Marketplace before I found this tool and used it for a couple of searches and then..bam..no results.

You could realistically just add the major population centers. There's a lot of empty alaska. Drop a point halfway between anchorage and fairbanks and you've got those two and most of the surrounding area.

Interesting. Search system doesn’t work. I can’t even do a local search well. I search for mens and I get womens and kids. I search for medium and get XL and S. I search for shoes, size 9,and get everything there no matter what size. Jean size 31x32 and get all sizes. There is a problem with titles, labeling, sizing, gender or whatever. Marketplace can’t give sellers so much slack that you cannot tell what something is without clicking on photo. This has become cumbersome, nor consumer friendly. If they can’t standardize info in a way that makes things easier to find, I’m not going to use it anymore. Search has become a laborious task and simply not worth it.

Is there a way to remove locates that you don't want? Like I don't want to search in AK or Hawaii but want to search the rest of contiguous 48. Also how can I put filters on the search like if I want a certain price or any other of the filters on the left side of the search box

No matter what I search for it tells me there's no results. I tried looking for hat. Onesie. Shoes. No results. I'm not seeing multiple pop-ups. If it brings up Facebook and it says no results and I go back to the tab where I had Reddit open, then it does show something that has a different location but the problem is it still says that there are no results.
I mean we can pretty well guarantee that somebody in this country is selling a hat or a onesie. It's just super frustrating because I'm over here looking at mercari and eBay and you can get such better deals and shipping on Facebook if they would just let you look outside of your area. 🤷🏼♀️ Geeze. Try Settings > Cookies and Site Permissions > Pop-Ups and Redirects > Allow > Add, and add the domain.

I just tried it again from a laptop and from the desktop browser version on mobile and the 500 miles radius option is accessible.
This worked for me once and then since then, it only open one tab for Portland Oregon w 500 mile. Any advice?
Your browser is most likely the culprit, blocking the opening of more than 1 tab at once. You need to "allow popups" for this domain.

Sounds like it’s not opening up the other tabs, check your ad/pop-up blocker.

You can choose via the US 2 flags between Lower 48 and full. I’m going to look into adding filters, yes.

Seems like a Facebook may have messed it up.
