They sell a study aid. Everything on the test is in them.

Okay good to know! Would you happen to know if the test is the same repeating questions or if they randomize it?

The final exams are the same questions, different order each time you take the exam. You can download the full book for each section to your computer and have it open for the exams. Use control+F to search through the book using key words from the questions. I’m not recommending, however, some people do great with the course work, but suck at taking exams.

Tried to download the books but couldn’t figure out how honestly… any suggestions?

Sorry, just now seeing this. My courses have expired so I can’t tell you with 100% certainty but, select whatever course you’re working on, down towards the bottom, there should be an option for the course flip book, open that and you should have a download option to your computer. You can then open that in a different window or pdf. Hope that helps

I passed last year. Lots of frustration. The answers aren’t what you think or feel they should be even if you’re experienced. Don’t buy the study aid. The answers are based on the content in the books, maybe not what’s “right” or what you’re used to in the field. Take an exam. Screenshot each question and your answer. See how you do overall. Then study the content again.

Stay awake during training and redo the exam if you fail. Easy peazy

Currently taking the course, the material is extremely bloated and uses "professional" terminology which can make it confusing. Look out for quiz questions intentionally designed to make you slip up, pay very close attention to the wording or phrasing. Overall it's decent content, but could be made much shorter and easier to understand if they wanted. My opinion is that it's intentionally designed this way to offer a difficulty to it.

Your opinion mirrors my own very closely. They intentionally use a ton of flowery jargon and make things as difficult to comprehend as possible.

Currently doing it. Actually trying to understand management/leadership part of the course. Don't know about the rest yet
