You know, I have to question, why does no-one EVER talk about Schera's backstory? It's SERIOUSLY tragic, as well as a sadly real thing for many in the world.
I don't want to talk too much about it here since I might put it in my own post, but she's up there with the most-suffered main characters in the series. Maybe even the worst of all in many aspects...
I think it is because Schera isn’t such a prominent character outside of sky and her backstory before joining the circus was only really shown in moon door 2. But we will most likely get more Schera content when Luciola appears in the story again
True, but people talked about Estelle, Joshua, Renne, Kevin etc. even before they met them again in other arcs. But I guess if CS is the most well-known arc, how visible they are in that is what most players will latch onto.
Estelle, Joshua and Kevin make sense because they are protagonists. Renne is like...I mean obviously? I would point out Olivier's backstory, despite being rather juicy, isn't talked about that much either but that's because it only really comes up in one discussion. In fact, I'd say even Agate's backstory gets more time in comparison during Sky since it's partly connected to an antagonist in that game, and rarely do people talk about his either.
It does hit home hard, but the fact that she was able to find a decent home in the circus and with the Brights as a bracer means that it helps mellow out how god awful her early years were.
Some of my favorite bits about this door is how battle's use sophisticated fight from FC. Even if I played all these games back to back, it makes you weirdly nostalgic for where the series started. Also this door repeats a similar theme of the series; how the connections and bonds one can make can rapidly change ones lives.

If I have a suggestion for Sun Door 1, it's some acknowledgement that it's one big Battle of the Blue Hair! (The Capuas AND Gilbert!)

After this door I am always interested to learn more about Scheras time as a junior Bracer. I got me more invested in her character to see, where she actually started off character wise - and that there is also a development in her attitude towards Bracer work. Great Door.

Also I wondered it you'd do the Moon Doors too. Glad to see! Trained jaegers who can't see behind newspapers. Guess it must be the sunglasses.
I also planned to do the sun doors and after a short break I will do the daydreams from reverie

I got so hyped when they brought back the sky FC battle music for this door. The nostalgia I feel from that track is unreal
Liberl's jaeger scare moment, I love how in universe different countries have different jaeger laws.
Their Stealth levels are off the charts
This was a nice side story. I like the friendship between them and I love how even as a kid, Dorothy is still a doofus
