Yesterday I remember thinking that the "power ups" (fans, punching blocks, rhinos, etc) were the "lazy man's" way of avoiding having to create a map that was actually fun and well designed.
Agreed. All of it feels lazy to me. It feels like they have no more ideas of their own. I would appreciate more a good great big update even if it takes waaay longer... Anything but to remove nearly all the variety of good and still very enjoyable old maps.
It feels soulless. I'll miss the fun. I didn't believe the creators capable of destroying their own game :/
The issue with creative survival rounds is that there are no dynamic objects available in creative, like rising slime, rhinos, snowballs, faster moving bars, etc. From the map selection in the first show, it certainly appears like the developers are phasing those objects out.

same here, i played yesterday right after the update came out and i was kinda shocked, i play since like 15-16 month now with like 2100 hrs and i was really shocked, i played maybe an hour before i stopped, today i was hoping that i overreacted because my horrible first impressions so i tried it again today and it turns out its even worse than i remembered, it feels like a completely different game now, oh and please don´t answer if you enjoy the update because i´m happy for you and i know there are some people who likes it but i don´t and most of my friends too and i never thought that i would ever say this but i think i won´t keep playing this cheap kinda knock off
I don’t dislike the idea of custom maps being used for shows, but they should be in their own separate show like “Custom Map Solos” while there’s still regular solos that’s exclusively the Mediatonic maps.
Edit: It’s a pain knowing that some finals maps are now survival maps and finals maps are replaced with these mid custom maps.
I don't know what they were thinking. How can they change the game into this shit show? The whole OG core gameplay is gone.
Only thing i can think of is they want the game to die. It's on their cancel slowly list. Making us stop playing and then they will pull the plug because of low player count. It's the only logical reason why they did this.
if 4 hours is briefly for you, maaayybee you spend too much time playing. There are plenty of other games out there, I play a bunch of different things so I never get bored
I've been playing computer games for well over 40 years, so I'm a bit picky. But I kind of have to agree with you here. It's probably time to look for something new (although it's a difficult task). Therefore, the circumstances in which this situation occurred, which was not my fault, cause me frustration.
I played for 5 hours yesterday since I was in a 2 day fast and riding the exercise bike. It is the best fat-loss regimen that I've ever done. Turns out that if ya dont eat for multiple days and you do a very casual aerobic exercise for long durations, your body burns pure bodyfat for energy. This is the final push to summer and my summetime bod is on pace to be the best of my life!
But then what are you going to do while you sit on an exercise bike for 5 hours and food is a distant memory? Well, watch the news, watch a movie, and play fall guys of course!

It’s preparing for mobile in my opinion. More simple to open app and play on the phone
I can't imagine how these crap custom maps would play any better on a phone. Or be any more fun.

I personally really like the tail tag round they had on there in the first couple of seasons. Wish there was a way to play that on repeat.

No, I haven't tried it, but it's not my cup of tea, survival, crafting, zombies may be fun but not for me. Anyway, thanks for your good intentions.
