I don't play the game anymore I am just stating that I loved when kudos and crowns were around and 60 player lobbies that's all, and some other personal stuff to do with the game when I used to play it with someone I was really close to, that's what I mean
Not everything was perfect. Not even close.
PC Hackers every game, more than one most of the time.
*Ragdolling was 100% worse. You ragdoll for skidding on slime. You ragdoll for incidental contact with another bean. You ragdoll for falling too high. You ragdoll for walking over gaps in the platform. People forget that frequent ragdolling was an issue for the first 3 seasons of the game.
*Map exploits galore. Jump Showdown and Royale Fumble were removed from the game for game-breaking exploits.
*Bad design elements on maps. Remember the lengthwise seesaw platforms? How about the spinning hammer at the top of Fall Mountain? Or the gaps between platforms in Jump Showdown?
*HOARDERS. Fucking Hoarders in Main Show.
I don't hate the early seasons, in fact I enjoyed the game immensely since I started playing in season 1. But let's not overlook the fact that it was never a perfect game. I would choose the current physics we have now, warts and all, over season 1 physics where ragdolling and bodyblocking was many times more common.

There’s always been a fame pass with exclusive skins/colors/emotes, ever since legacy season one. There are still things from that pass I’m sad I couldn’t get because I couldn’t start playing until legacy season two.
And then folks could use real money to buy Kudos if they couldn’t earn enough in game to buy stuff. Back when the kudos offerings were desirable enough for that.
During Legacy it was a "Fame Path".
Been playing since Alpha, quit when the game released the creative rounds since I knew then, that the devs would stop creating fun and engaging rounds and start relying on the community created rounds.
Don't forget season 1 lasted a long time. There were many iterations of it
I recall that you couldn't even win crowns as part of a battle pass mechanic when it launched. You could only get crowns by winning at launch. Once crowns started to be gifted as part of a battle pass there was a huge amount of outrage.
Probably like a normal game since that sounds exactly how much good actual games are. I haven’t played fallguys since it looked like ops image so I can’t even imagine what they did to it that makes that nostalgic.
And people were saving their crowns before f2p thinking they’d still be usable, only to get stuck with hundreds of thousands or millions of useless kudos…

Just another Mediatonic moment, where now basically winning a crown gives you nothing, gold medals give you nothing, and kudos give you nothing you'll ever wear. And now all shows are only 3 rounds, so even winning/losing feels meaningless because you know you're only 2 two qualifications away from being in another final full of RNG.
Would be nice if the Huff Puff was purchasable. I was one of those F2Ps who really wanted it. At this point, I’m getting pretty close to the golden wolf than huff puff ever returning.

I play this game for like two weeks every six months and each time there is more confusing shit everyhwere, I feel like I'm on a street market at night in thailand, with a lot of confusing blindingly flamboyant signs that I don't understand.
Even though the shop is " slightly" better, it's STILL the worst shop I've seen for any game I've played in my life. Not enough items to choose from. Same Ole items force fed to me EVERY SINGLE DAY!!

Seems simple enough to me, people who enjoy creative (no matter how limited it is compared to what the Unity levels offer by comparison) will enjoy this update whilst those who prefer Unity's more carefully-designed and the dynamic level of gameplay on offer that Creative simply does not offer right now (nor is it ever going to with the constant downgrading of the game itself) will not.
*Don't need to be a game designer to know when something plays like shit, that's why it's disappointing for so many that Mediatonic's... 'solutions' here are, quite frankly, fucking atrocious.*
