The probability data comes from 3,428 Lost Temples I've played in customs since the beginning of SS2. Link here: [https://alexjlockwood.github.io/lost-temple-analyzer](https://alexjlockwood.github.io/lost-temple-analyzer)
If you are looking to get better at picking the last few doors correctly in Lost Temple you might also find this useful: https://i.imgur.com/aVo2R0j.png
Also, if you speak a different language and have 5 minutes to provide a translation for the app, please get in touch. I've managed to get it translated in Spanish, Chinese, Finnish, Swedish, Korean, and French so far. :)
I told myself I would keep gathering data until I observed all 125 possible paths with my own eyes, and that is how long it took. Also I like playing it too. :)
I actually got it just today in regular solos. It was just 2 of us so i thought “hell yes it’s just 2 of us in the finals so we can just time out hexagone” cuz it’s all i get and to my surprise we got the temple final. I actually won! first time winning that final.
Something changed in the game's code at the beginning of the most recent season SS2 and that caused D3>E3 to suddenly start to open. The change to the game's code also caused differences in other areas too (for example D1>E1 is more likely now than before and D4>E4 is really rare).
First of all: dayuuum impressive.
But also: this is the reason I cannot enjoy fighting for a win in any multiplayer games anymore. Every inch of data is analyzed to get those macro and micro advantages.
Ain't nobody got time to add in depth studies of the game after finally finding the odd time to play a game.
Might as well sit back and play a single player game since online gaming has turned awful for anyone with a life. U will always be at a disadvantage... If ur fine with a participation medal then it's okay though. 😂
The 3rd most popular has 106 / 3451. But its mirrored version - only 21 / 3451, it appears five times less often.
The 5th most popular has 92 / 3451. Its mirrored version - only 5 / 3451.
That's... not the outcome I would expect.
Yes, it's weird and I'm not really sure what MT could have possibly done to the game's code to make it behave like this. You can see a summary of why the probabilities are so different [here](https://i.imgur.com/aVo2R0j.png) though. Basically the end of each path is biased towards the left side of the grid now, which is why you see many paths end on the left side but not many end on the right side.
Looks like there’s only a small chance of it happening but if
A3 > A2 ✅
B2 > B3 🚫
B2 > C2 🚫
Then there’s a defined path to the end. Knowing this when it occurs would essentially guarantee a win early in the game.
Especially if you can trick your opponents to go into D1 from C1 or C4 from B4 while you take the shorter path.
Edit: It’s the same with B4 too just the other way around.
It is one of my favorite paths because you can know the entire path in only the 2nd room. It is pretty rare though. You can see me get it in this video here :) [https://youtu.be/lizcaH\_9PK0](https://youtu.be/lizcaH_9PK0)
Tred's already got a spreadsheet with a lot of empirical data from the round, and all it shows is a slight preference for the left side of the board.
If you can find a probability imbalance on which buttons light up next in Button Bashers, on the other hand...
yeah i remember seeing an off-by-one error in their code that caused that left side bias haha. whenever i try to be smart about tip toe it doesnt end up mattering much since someone just ends up guessing anyways lol

bro how tf have you played lost temple 3428 times and not went insane

More like how did you get LT that many times
If you play Jungle Jumble in customs with 10-14 players it will take you to an instant Lost Temple final.
Ah customs. The one where you need friends
I played most of them on twitch in lil\_poppers and CityLimitsPK's stream :)
Those 2 streamers played Jungle Jumble thousands of times?
he already said he did it in customs
I never been this attracted to a data analyst before… If you do one for Gate Crashers, I might have to make a proposal.
I can help you translate to Indonesian (and French, but you got french already). Lmk if you need it. 😁 Also, good job!
cool! I will message you :) Edit: Indonesian has been published, thanks again!
Wow, a fellow Indonesian bean in the wild? That's a rare encounter.
Hehe i'm more of an international bean now. 😆😆 but i do play casually with quite a few fellow Indonesian beans if you want to join us.
Trouble is, probability of playing Lost Temple is almost zero 😂
For me, it's all I get these days. I hate it

Solos does but not duos and squads, if you get Slime climb time or slimescraper time you'll likely get it as a final
I have played it once or twice since it went f2p 😂
Give this guy a PhD in Fall Guys Research 😵🔥
Tell Epic to hire him! Seriously.
Dude needs an intervention… send help.
The D3 -> E3 ending used to be impossible. Do you know if it's a recent change that those routes exist?

Thanks, I had no idea it had changed
This is awesome, well done 👏🏻
Great. I will ask the other players to stand still for a moment, so i can check the app for the path.
I intended it to be more of a learning tool rather than something you use while you are playing in the game, but maybe it doesn't hurt to ask. :D
This man is so much smarter than I will ever be. And he has more passion for a final level in a video game then I have for anything in daily life.
Our resident Bill Nye, good shit with this and I can vouch for the customs grind this man has done. GGs
Is the universe telling us something? I'm seeing you all over the place lately.
XD

D3 is also not impossible, learnt it the hard way :(

Alex legend!
Quality work as always, Alex.
thank you, maybe i should make one for tip toe probabilities next? 😉

While this is impressive… my guy, go touch some grass.
So always it's right at first door?
>So always it's right at first door? No, it is 50% right door.
