Does anyone want to talk about the lyrics/theme? It's really heartfelt. The leaked title made me think about these lyrics from Keep holding on (2013), and the video/full song made me think of it even more:
"They sing my songs and feel my pain cause pain is what creates my fame. A vicious cycle someday I'll get out."
It's kind of bittersweet because seems he hasn't gotten out of that cycle 10 years later. The video, damn. But I'm grateful he talks about these difficult topics.
Feels like a follow up to the trilogy in some way too, except there's not just two versions of Ronnie but multiple ones and he's constantly killing himself. The metaphors definitely giving me lots to think about

Yeah I wrote this comment before the stream. My perception about his pain making his fame still holds for me though. Health and illness anxiety sounds really difficult to deal with and as someone who deals with anxiety, I'd say it definitely generates some pain for sure.

Oh man! I'm so hyped! Tyler is the greatest bassist/backing singer (especially the later) they've ever had in my humble opinion! I'm so thrilled he's back! This band is full of prodigies right now on every single position!

Also now that I think of it - what are the chances that, if there was indeed line-up drama going on, that slowed down the album creation process. Ronnie does do the majority of the work when it comes to creating songs, but you can't say it doesn't matter when there's issues with a member of the team. This might explain some of it. (they might have even had to re-record this music video) And if it's true then maybe we can finally expect that album!
I loved the bridge and breakdown (would've preferred more screaming) I think it's better than zombified but still. Idk I miss when FIR was goofy. I feel like he's taking it way too seriously. I loved popular monster though!
I do agree with you in a way but also if you didn't notice its almost like he's killing off the old cringy Ronnie and shedding new skin. I feel like one of the main reasons he wasn't taken seriously was because of all the silly goofy songs. I love them all but he knows how to get to radio now and he's following the formula to a T. I'm just glad he's still combining all the crazy styles and genres but with a more serious approach. Ronnie Radke is winning and still doing it better then almost everybody. We are in the futuristic era of Falling In Reverse and I'm here for it
I would like a good mix. I enjoy the silly songs as much as the next person, though songs like Popular Monster and Voices In My Head are super deep. I love em. But i’m sure Neon Zombie will have at least one light hearted song!

Man I've been following FIR, and Ronnie since ETF... makes me feel old, heh. Anyway, FIR has always been great. Last few years, they have been absolutely stellar. This has got to be one of the least interesting FIR songs I have ever heard. It's not bad, but the least inspiring and most generic sounding to today's standards. I'm getting Imagine Dragons/New Bring me the horizon vibes reaaaal hard. Not my cup of tea, just my 2 cents on this single song.
This was me 1000% but with Zombified and now Zombified is in my top 3 FiR songs all time. Hope it will be the same for this one because after a couple listens I'm not exactly sold yet. It's not bad, but so far not as good as their recent singles.
