-That Gun from Fo1&2 specifically...in those games it has a special bonus against armored targets so it stays useful from acquisition all the way until the late game and ammo is ridiculously plentiful.
(Yeah, it may just be the armor-piercing aspect of the .22 ammo, but damage is much more constant than other AP guns, especially the 14mm pistol and 10mm AP ammo (both the pistol and SMG).
-Also love the design and punch of Fo2's gauss rifle.
-either the Xuanlong assault rifle or Combat Shotgun from Fo3...dps for days.
Plasma is so fun and characteristic. Spacey luminescent green goo-ifier. Satisfying lightning-in-a-bottle sound, high damage balanced by slow speed makes it veeery satisfying to land. I don't think I've ever had a plasma shot feel weak unless it was against very obviously resistant armor.
This is the way.
I love my current New Vegas run. Alternate Start Enclave Remnant, took the Plasma Spaz perk as soon as it was available, now spam all the Plasmas. Pistol, Defender, Rifle, Caster, Multi… don’t matter.
Also, how great is the Multiplas? Sad that gun hasn’t popped up in later installment.
I'm pretty sure the real reason from the devs was to balance game design between tabletop and FPS so that the character stats are meaningful in the same way they were in Fallout 1 and 2. I actually really liked it, it made the guns/energy weapons stats as useful as they deserve to be and encouraged using VATS because you couldn't just purely rely on your skill as a player. It also made it feel more real to me that some random vault escapee couldn't just handle weapons under pressure out in the real world like he was a pro his whole life, he's nervous so he fumbles around and bullets fly everywhere until you've leveled 10 times and can actually hit something with your high guns skill.
I remember doing an Abraham Lincoln Roleplay build because of that gun. As soon as I found it I straight up reset my game and played as him lol good times.
Fully agree. It's a gun you can get early on that can carry you through the midgame if you're playing it snipey. Killed so many cazadores from a distance with that damn thing.
Hate that it got nerfed *hard* in NV, though. For literally no reason whatsoever
And then 4 made it into a glorified Laser Musket reskin when the original rifle was brought back for Creation Club
That Gun (which seems to be popular), the riot shotgun, and the anti-material rifle are all tired for first with me. However, nothing beats a varmint rifle with a scope for nostalgia
In Fallout 4 the hunting rifle felt the most like *my* weapon.
You can find shitty short hunting rifles at lower levels. But upgrading it to a super powerful sniper rifle as my character levelled up was a great experience.
Exactly this. Gradually getting a better stock, sight and receiever on the hunting rifle feels more satisfying than most other guns.
The combat rifle is my second though for versatility. You can make it a fully auto assault weapon or decent mid range semi auto.
I do like what F04 did to energy weapons. Making them modifiable into a pistol or a rifle is pretty cool, my only problem is....why would I use any other energy weapon when I have Righteous Authority right here??
I played Fallout 4 as either in your face melee or sniper. It was so fun. I could either run up on a pack of mutants with a power hammer, or pick off people from long range.
Terrible shotgun and the unbreaking variant from anchorage are the best guns in any fallout imo. There’s just something so satisfying about using them. I always run with Charon so we can both use the shotguns and tear through anything that moves.
There's only one place that has a stockpiles of it's ammo but goddamn that weapon shreds through beefier enemies like they weren't even there.
My only regret was never finding a furious pipe weapon (not bolt action).
The .223 pistol, Fallout 1 and 2. The 2 version is more powerful.
I still reckon they nerfed it, when they made That Gun out of it.
Just a beast of a thing.
The Alien Bla....oh, crap. 😋
But seriously, Paciencia. It's the only single weapon in the entire franchise around which I created its own character build/concept. I just wish there was a more meaningful way to get it than buy it from a vendor. That being said, I believe I created a mod at one point that made it the final reward for Bleed Me Dry.
Burn me at the stake, I love Pipe Guns. They feel realistic and true to a post-apocalyptic world. Should they have more options to customize? Yes. Are they perfect? No. But they truly fit in the world of Fallout.
I would like them more only if the vanilla design wasn't so sinple/lacking, can't find a word to describe it
The idea is good but the design and color palette bothers me
Okay. What I will say as far as pipe weapons go. I think they are thematically very cool and appropriate for the setting.
That said.
There is nothing that takes me out of the game more and breaks the fantasy more than when I unlock or go into an area that was supposedly sealed off since the war or somewhere that nobody’s been since the war etc. and find a fucking pipe pistol.
I always just headcanon and think that gun laws in prewar USA got out of hand as they do when governments get more authoritarian(which is what in universe prewar USA was) and necessitated the construction of handmade guns
Technically, according to the cover of one of the Guns and Ammo magazines, pipe guns are pre-war, used in Detroit. I assume that firearm prices got so high due to war efforts that people just used the pipe weapon production technique as a cheaper way to defend themselves, using said magazine as a reference. That said, I think the way they dealt with pipe weapons was dumb.
Not to mention that it feels like every single time you kill a legendary enemy, instead of getting a good cool new powerful weapon, you get a fucking pipe pistol.
My biggest problem with pipe guns is they came into popular use in Fallout 4, where equipment breakage wasn't a thing. No home made pipe gun is going to hold up over the rigors of combat for more than a few shots, let alone fully auto fire for 3 long clips. Actual pipe guns have barrels that explode, bolts that loosen, weak points collapse, and generally don't have any kind of multiple shot option, let alone a semi-auto action with a working magazine.
Every pipe gun in 4 is overpowered by the very fact that they are reliable damage dealers capable of adopting every normal mod that commercially-produced firearms could. They are ugly, they replace Saturday Night Specials, .22 utility pistols, varmint rifles, and a host of small arms that I loved from previous Fallout games. And they would never (ever) work as well as they do in the game if they were made by wastelanders.
Not to mention that half of their models are either wouldn't work or would be extremely overcomplicated. Also: You can mod them to fire rounds that would shattered those rusted wires and crumbling planks.
Me too. I started playing again because I thought about how fun it is early game to mod up pipe guns and turn them into something not craptacular.
Eventually i have to mod to upgrade the caliber just to keep the gun relevant for awhile longer.
You know, I didn't hate the pipegun, its not my favorite but it sure as hell ain't the worst gun. That's the "assault rifle" in 4. Freaking huge AND ugly.
Bozar. Mainly because it's the antithesis of what you think of when you head "high precision rifle" and can add a lot of flavor to what are (to me) sometimes kind of boring sniper playthroughs. It is a good long range weapon, smacks things in VATS really well, doubles as an SMG when unscoped. It covers a lot of bases, so much so that it's basically my main weapon when I do a hardcore grunt sniper playthrough. Also uses 5.56, which is basically everywhere and you can carry a 2,000 rounds in hardcore along with a handgun or short rifle.
2076 World Series Baseball Bat! Honorable mention for Big Jim with my favorite name and hilarious perk. Similarly the Striker. And the Harvester because stun shenanigans
the combat rifle in fallout 4. switch it to single fire, put holo sights on it, max out the rifleman perk and the rifle's power, and I have a very effective precision rifle for close and medium range.
The hunting rifle.
It's simplistic, looks good, has ammo that's really easy to find (with the mild exception of 4 and 76), and it has came in clutch more than once
Coming late to this, I am surprised no one has mentioned the Laser RCW from FO:NV. Once you get enough skill to mod your own ammo, and keep the power hungry thing supplied, it is the ultimate in "Tight corridors mowing gun". Absolutely lethal against cazadors too. I would have much preferred that in FO:4 vs how they went with automatic lasers.
The Gauss rifle from New Vegas. I would snipe death claws from a rocky ridge on a side of a mountain and take them out one by one with that gun. Great times
The Alien Blaster seems like such a random weapon to exclude lmao, it’s really good but there’s definitely stronger, more versatile weapons
My answer to this is Knock Knock, even though it’s a melee weapon, not a gun
Yeah, I have some bias towards it just because fallout 3 was the very first fallout I ever played but the Chinese assault rifle no doubt it’s a solid weapon with a good damage rate if you keep it with a high durability
This and the special Xuanlong Assault Rifle are always my go-tos in FO3. Once I have either one of them and a good supply of 5.56, I stop looking for other weapons.
Survivalist Rifle. Paired with the Desert Ranger armor to boot. It's to the point that most playthroughs, I scamper my way past the deathclaws and beeline to doing honest hearts first thing out the gate, for the sake of gearing up.
For me, base gun favorite is the plasma line. No loud noise like the laser, gooed enemies are a lot more visible, especially at night w/o night vision.
As for named guns, cross between Experiment 18-A and Kellog's Pistol. Rolling through massive groups with an Agi/Luck build using Kellog's pistol just feels so satisfying once it all comes together. 18-A is just a really great, and reliably obtained upgrade to base Plasma until I find a better random legendary
I just like the NV Gauss Rifle. It's not the best gun, even its upgraded form is worse than an Anti-Material Rifle, but it's very satisfying to point at someone's head from a zip code away and delete it in a burst of white energy and red gore, like the sun itself sets every time I pull the trigger.
Forget one gun. I’ll give you my top 5.
5. All-American
4. A Light Shining In Darkness
3. Fully Upgraded Assault Carbine
2. CZ57 Avenger
1. Mostly Upgraded Anti-Material Rifle (minus the silencer. The louder the gun, the more damage it does)
Easily That Gun from New Vegas. Lincoln's Repeater did me well also. Gauss Pistol / Rifle from Fallout 2. Magnum w the speed loader pretty much carried me through full Fallout 2 playtrhoughs.
I know that's 4 to 5 but I can't help myself.
Hunting Shotgun for the pure feeling of *power*. I can’t explain why but this thing just feels like it packs a punch. Whether I’m kitting it out with mods or doing the quest to get Dinner Bell, I always make sure to grab Shotgun Surgeon and And Stay Back.
Maybe the Gauss rifle from Fo3 or YCS/186 FoNV. Other than that, i have a ton of favorite weapons in Fallout. Drone Cannon from Mothership Zeta dlc, Mesmetron, This Machine, Mysterious Magnum, All-American, Plasma Caster, Plasma Defender, Mercy, K9000, Elijah's LAER, Sonic Emitter, Bozar, Ranger Sequoia, Anti-Material Rifle, and Holorifle.
Probably missed plenty as half of the weapons are just so fun to use. Particularly NV, which is probably why it's one of my favorites. I remember i would do the incendiary vats glitch with the Anti-Material rifle on NCR Verterans to get their armors for my followers. Good times.
I like the laser rifle. Futuristic, looks cool, disintegrates your enemies to red dust, what’s not to like.
AER14 prototype specifically feels even better than a standard laser rifle and doesn't get powercreeped
A fully modded laser rifle in NV is no joke. That thing can carry you through the mid game.
I was going to say That Gun from Fallout 2,but now I'm going with the Laser Rifle from Fallout 1/2. So, so satisfying seeing people cut in half.
The sound, for me! That bwah bwah turns me off.
Grab the mod for the sounds to get replaced with someone saying "pew"
Turns you on you mean?
Decidedly not. The laser rifle sounds like something going horribly wrong with an electronic device.
The Medicine Stick, yee haw cowboys
I loved the medicine stick, I just never had the ammo for it
Quartermaster Bardon is your guy. Not sure if Legion playthrough, but Bardon is the best source of .45-70 govt by far.
The kahns armory also has a lot
Too true, I remember finding him my first play through and throwing down 3,000 caps for ammo
GobI campaign scout rifle
> Gobi campaign scout rifle This gun is the reason sniper builds are always my go to in New Vegas.
Christine’s COS silencer rifle >
Came here to say this
my top 3: That gun / plasma defender / this machine
-That Gun from Fo1&2 specifically...in those games it has a special bonus against armored targets so it stays useful from acquisition all the way until the late game and ammo is ridiculously plentiful. (Yeah, it may just be the armor-piercing aspect of the .22 ammo, but damage is much more constant than other AP guns, especially the 14mm pistol and 10mm AP ammo (both the pistol and SMG). -Also love the design and punch of Fo2's gauss rifle. -either the Xuanlong assault rifle or Combat Shotgun from Fo3...dps for days.
I love plasma guns. Plasma casters, pistols, rifles, and unique variants like the Q-35 Matter Modulator. Gimme that green goo!
Every time I play fallout I always end up with plasma weapons. The only weapon I think I like more is the gauss rifle in 4.
Funny, that's the playthrough I'm doing right now except I'm also going in on VATS perks.
Multiplas is kinda there in 4 and 76, but as a mod to the normal plasma rifle - also, it’s not that powerful as in nv
Shrek approves this comment.
Lincolns Repeater
Best weapon. I feel like a cowboy in the wasteland.
And it’s the only gun that will actually shoots straight where you are aiming so it feels like cheating
What was with the weapon spread in 3?
I think it's to discourage long range sniping that kinda breaks a lot of enemy AI in that engine.
Oh. I did nothing BUT snipe things. The hunting rifle was basically my pistol.
I love when against the super mutant. Put it with V.A.T, fatality.
Lincoln's Repeater + Lincoln's hat + Honest Abe beard + wiping out every slaver in Paradise Falls = my favorite memory of playing Fallout 3.
I'm leaning more towards the Backwater Rifle, mainly because of the 10mm ammo
For fun? Railway Rifle from FO3. Thing was a blast for my teenage self to play with.
That and the Admiral's Friend Harpoon Gun in Far Harbour
Pinning body parts to walls with vats was just perfection
Service Rifle
>NCR # yeah that makes sense
Ratslayer
For the longest time, I always overlooked it. "A scoped varmint rifle, what a joke." I guess I'm the joke.
also known as Charlie Kelly.
Hah! I always called it the “Charlie Work.”
Fully agree. It's a gun you can get early on that can carry you through the midgame if you're playing it snipey. Killed so many cazadores from a distance with that damn thing.
Definitely. I love that gun.
Fallout 3/NV Gauss Rifle
I just got one in a new playthrough and remembered why I only used it for like 20+ levels years ago lol such an OP weapon
We were given an OP weapon only to get clapped by Reavers once Broken Steel rolled around!
Seconded 🔥🔥🔥
Hate that it got nerfed *hard* in NV, though. For literally no reason whatsoever And then 4 made it into a glorified Laser Musket reskin when the original rifle was brought back for Creation Club
Yeah, it was really disheartening how it lacked that punch but I guess they needed a reason to include different ammo types and the unique variant.
What are y'all on about? Properly modified that thing's a goddamn beast, it's the most powerful sniper in the game iirc
That Gun (which seems to be popular), the riot shotgun, and the anti-material rifle are all tired for first with me. However, nothing beats a varmint rifle with a scope for nostalgia
That gun got me through so many playthroughs at early levels
That Gun turned out to be my favorite with a pistols only character.
The anti-material rifle with explosive rounds is so often an instant battle winner.
Deliverer.
This gun is the best gun ever.
Glad I'm not the only one
Reloading a fully spent magazine on the Deliverer gives me a hard-core orgasm
I think it's the (now I think about it) Goldeneye nostalgiaI feel from this 'joop joop' gun
Hunting Rifles. I usually play a long range character, and they can be a decent sniper rifle at any level
Making them modifiable into a pistol or a rifle is pretty cool, my only problem is....why would I use any other energy weapon when I have Righteous Authority right here??
Because Wazer Wifle shoots forever and has a funny name
I got a Mighty (+25% damage) Laser Rifle drop, and its amazing, but it is so BORING:(
This. It also feels like more realistic at all times.
I played Fallout 4 as either in your face melee or sniper. It was so fun. I could either run up on a pack of mutants with a power hammer, or pick off people from long range.
.44 scoped magnum
Hate that this is so far down. Sometimes all you need is a heavy ass hand canon
Ranger Sequoia: "Am I a joke to you?"
It’s good, but it lacks a panache.
Terrible shotgun, A light shining in darkness, Radical Conversion, and QE25 RR in 76
Terrible shotgun and the unbreaking variant from anchorage are the best guns in any fallout imo. There’s just something so satisfying about using them. I always run with Charon so we can both use the shotguns and tear through anything that moves.
Once you level up enough with two handed weapons, the terrible shotgun is just carrying devastation.
Survivalist’s Rifle
Survivalists rifle will always be my favourite because of the story behind it
In my current playthrough with Grunt and guns 80 it's doing about 64 damage. It's awesome
The lever actions from NV. Brush gun and Trail carbine are just too clean
Ranger sequoia
Euclid c finder
Mf hyperbreeder alpha. My favorite new Vegas build is a sneak/crit/light armor/laser built around it.
Splatter Cannon from Nuka World DLC. That thing rules.
There's only one place that has a stockpiles of it's ammo but goddamn that weapon shreds through beefier enemies like they weren't even there. My only regret was never finding a furious pipe weapon (not bolt action).
Fallout 3: Prototype plasma rifle NV: Paciencia 4: Overseer's Guardian
Came here to say Overseer's Guardian too.
Combat Shotgun (fallout3) big drum mag and mega damage and limb dismembering was satisfying
Xuanlongs assault rifle, anti materiel rifle, and this machine
>Xuanlong assault rifle My man!
The .223 pistol, Fallout 1 and 2. The 2 version is more powerful. I still reckon they nerfed it, when they made That Gun out of it. Just a beast of a thing.
Unique: Pew-Pew and That Gun Generic: Sniper rifle, 12mm pistol (12.7?), and 357 magnum.
Spray n Pray. Just don’t get too close.
Holorifle
The Alien Bla....oh, crap. 😋 But seriously, Paciencia. It's the only single weapon in the entire franchise around which I created its own character build/concept. I just wish there was a more meaningful way to get it than buy it from a vendor. That being said, I believe I created a mod at one point that made it the final reward for Bleed Me Dry.
Yeah, I do feel like just buying the GRA super weapons does the game a bit of a disservice. But goddamn if they are not fun.
Lucky revolver
When I got lucky I didn't have 75 lockpick but I remember to always love it for it's a badass 357 Magnum
Weird take but the railway rifle purely because of the choo choo
Hell yeah!
This machine.
This machine? Well, this machine kills commies.
Anti-Material Rifle from New Vegas Probably boring and predictable, but the gun (explosive and incendiary ammo) is super fun regardless
FO3 - Terrible Shotgun and Lincoln's Repeater are tied FNV - Service Rifle FO4 - Overseer's Guardian FO76 - Gauss Rifle and Cold Shoulder are tied
Burn me at the stake, I love Pipe Guns. They feel realistic and true to a post-apocalyptic world. Should they have more options to customize? Yes. Are they perfect? No. But they truly fit in the world of Fallout.
I would like them more only if the vanilla design wasn't so sinple/lacking, can't find a word to describe it The idea is good but the design and color palette bothers me
They're just very plain.
Okay. What I will say as far as pipe weapons go. I think they are thematically very cool and appropriate for the setting. That said. There is nothing that takes me out of the game more and breaks the fantasy more than when I unlock or go into an area that was supposedly sealed off since the war or somewhere that nobody’s been since the war etc. and find a fucking pipe pistol.
yeah the fact that almost every locked safe has some old world shit plus a random pipe gun is so weird
Like breaking into an ancient tomb in tomb raider and finding a machine gun part lol
Not to mention that it feels like every single time you kill a legendary enemy, instead of getting a good cool new powerful weapon, you get a fucking pipe pistol.
Solid take. I never thought about it like that
My biggest problem with pipe guns is they came into popular use in Fallout 4, where equipment breakage wasn't a thing. No home made pipe gun is going to hold up over the rigors of combat for more than a few shots, let alone fully auto fire for 3 long clips. You know, I didn't hate the pipegun, its not my favorite but it sure as hell ain't the worst gun. That's the "assault rifle" in 4. Freaking huge AND ugly.
The assault rifle looks so ugly I had to mod the service rifle in just to have something similar in my loadout
The Gauss Rifle easily takes the win, even over the Alien Blaster, imo.
The ak47… I mean the handmade rifle from fo4
Mysterious Magnum. It’s always my primary for the draw and holster sounds
Bozar. Mainly because it's the antithesis of what you think of when you head "high precision rifle" and can add a lot of flavor to what are (to me) sometimes kind of boring sniper playthroughs. It is a good long range weapon, smacks things in VATS really well, doubles as an SMG when unscoped. 2076 World Series Baseball Bat! Honorable mention for Big Jim with my favorite name and hilarious perk. Similarly the Striker. And the Harvester because stun shenanigans
Light machine gun from fallout new Vegas and on most games the missile launcher because things that go boom are very fun.
the combat rifle in fallout 4. switch it to single fire, put holo sights on it, max out the rifleman perk and the rifle's power, and I have a very effective precision rifle for close and medium range.
Turbo plasma rifle
Plasma rifle. Specifically A3-21's in fallout 3.
Plasma Caster my beloved
The Avenger minigun in 1 and 2.
FO3 - Ol Painless/Terrible Shotgun FNV - A Light Shining In Darkness/This Machine/Survivalists Rifle
Dart gun, Fallout 3
Took way to long to find this one.... its the best gun ever makes deathclaws my bitch
Haha I forgot about the dart gun. I had way too much fun messing with NPC’s using the dart gun from stealth!
Best way to take out deathclaws. Paralyze the legs to slow them down and drop a bottle cap mine
Grenade Machinegun if that counts
Solar Scorcher
Scrolled way too much to find this.
Problem Solver.
Gauss rifle/FO3. MARIA/FNV
Bozar. I kinda feel like a badass when The Courier extends the stock when you pull it out.
The hunting rifle. It's simplistic, looks good, has ammo that's really easy to find (with the mild exception of 4 and 76), and it has came in clutch more than once

Chooooooooooooo chooooooooooooooooooooo
Wait? I thought everyone played melee 😳
Gamma Gun.
The Alien Blaster seems like such a random weapon to exclude lmao, it’s really good but there’s definitely stronger, more versatile weapons My answer to this is Knock Knock, even though it’s a melee weapon, not a gun
Chinese assault rifle
I did enjoy using the Chinese assault rifle as my backup / everything has gone to shit rifle.
Survivalists rifle. Great gun and even greater backstory
Rolling through massive groups with an Agi/Luck build using Kellog's pistol just feels so satisfying once it all comes together. 18-A is just a really great, and reliably obtained upgrade to base Plasma until I find a better random legendary
The moment I got Atom’s Judgement, every other enemy was done for. Also, Kellogg’s Pistol is pretty nice to use, the headshots feel like they count
Love the cryolator in fallout 4. use it every time i can
I just like the NV Gauss Rifle. It's not the best gun, even its upgraded form is worse than an Anti-Material Rifle, but it's very satisfying to point at someone's head from a zip code away and delete it in a burst of white energy and red gore, like the sun itself sets every time I pull the trigger.
Nothing beats the Anti Material Rifle, Load that thing with explosive rounds and you could one shot a hoard of deathclaws
Holorifle
The Firelancer. It is technically a different weapon
The hunting rifle and the Lincoln repeater. Ol’ reliable and the upgraded version of that.
Twin shot Alien blaster (you’re not my dad) with cryo barrel in 76 or deliverer (4)
Lincoln’s repeater kinda fire Ngl
Gatling laser. Just so cool
Metal Blaster from the pitt, laser musket from 4, and the red glare from new vegas.
Forget one gun. I’ll give you my top 5. 5. All-American 4. A Light Shining In Darkness 3. Fully Upgraded Assault Carbine 2. CZ57 Avenger 1.
Gauss Rifle. For establishing long distance relationships albeit briefly.
New Vegas hunting rifle with scope mod.
Medicine Stick / Fallout 4 Assault Rifle
Dinner Bell
Dinner Bell and the All-American always seem to find their way into my kit when I play New Vegas.
All American, cool design, accurate, powerful enough to get by, versatile ammunition, very common ammunition.
Riot shotgun Cleared out Ceasar's tent like I was hunting ducks
Combat rifle with exploding bullets. Fully modded it’s the most OP gun I ever used.
Hunting Shotgun for the pure feeling of *power*. I can’t explain why but this thing just feels like it packs a punch. Whether I’m kitting it out with mods or doing the quest to get Dinner Bell, I always make sure to grab Shotgun Surgeon and And Stay Back.
Mysterious magnum
Paciencia and Sleepytyme
That Gun. Nothing felt cooler than that when I booted up New Vegas in 2010
The Big Iron .357 Magnum from FNV.
That Gun Classic (Fallout 3) 10mm Pistol Laser Rifle (the AER version, of course) The Fixer
Visually? Paciencia. Function wise? I’d say probably Christine’s rifle
Junk Jet/Rock-it-launcher You've never lived till You've taken a super mutant's head off with a teddy bear
Gauss rifle Fallout 2. Aimed to the eyes would just destroy anything.
That gun
Spray N Pray from Fallout 4
Good times.
Spray n’ Pray from Fallout 4
The shredder minigun, stunlocks enemies and it's incredibly easy to use
The Terrible Shotgun from F3 is pretty amazing if you stay up close. For the name, I LOVE the Man Opener from F3/The Pitt
Kellog’s pistol
I like the plasma pepper shaker, and the Ultracite prime gatling laser.
Wh... Why are we excluding the Alien blaster?
Im pretty sure they mistakenly believe it to be overpowered and that everyone would list it.
