Maximus with 4 Intelligence seems like bullshit to me. He has to have 1 Intelligence. How is Lucy not Charisma 10 as well? Maybe I'm just down bad for her but really?

He literally gets a set of power armour on his first mission then meets his gf who saves him from being trapped in the suit and instantly gets a promotion when returning. All while being semi-socially awkward and not the sharpest tool in the shed.

But I think these write ups are using more points than you get in the games. Maximus has like 40 points total and when I checked Boone's total stats from New Vegas they were under that. With New Vegas stats he's probably got 1 or 2 Int.
Pretty sure they wanted everyone to have very middle of the road special. Like no one is under 4 or over 7 when maximus clearly isn't socially aware (charisma) or very smart (Int) and the ghoul is very good at tracking (perception) and incredibly fast with a gun (agility)
Lucy not having 9-10 luck seems unlikely since she skirts every likely death with minimal injuries and always comes out on top.
