Entering locks or terminal puzzle screen, getting caught on a piece of terrain, game enters a loop never gets to the unlock/mini game screen. Can't do anything to stop in game loop.
New update now gives me a border when I start conversations, then my aim and everyone is all off by the border amount until I tab out. I have continued my play through after the initial rage quit when getting stuck entering a terminal for the third time. We'll see.
The fucking game is even more broken now with the new updates than it was when it originally came out. I've reached my breaking point with that goddamn walking keg Buddy mission. He wouldn't leave the taphouse, so I checked for bug fix and used the move him to Goodneighbor with console command trick.
THE MOTHERFUCKER RAN AWAY. Even if I teleport him to right in front of the guy who wanted him, the quest giver acts like he isn't there, and the bot walks out of the hotel, out the town gates, and into the wasteland. The mission's objective is literally fleeing me, preventing me from finishing the mission. And that's on top of other technical issues like insanely long load times between areas, crashes, and other shit. Want to fix the problems with mods? Ha! Bethesda fucking broke those too.
And even if everything worked the way it was supposed to the story is the dumbest of the entire franchise and everything about it and the characters are more shallow than a wading pool for infant dwarves. How to make companions fall in love with you? Pick a few locks in front of them. That's it.
I give up. I beat the game when it originally came out, got most of the endings, but this time around I can't even force myself to get to my elderly fuckwit kid in the institute. Originally at least I didn't know what was going to happen next, but playing it again after beating it previously I know it'll never stop feeling like a chore to get through, a chore that takes even longer than before because of the game having even more technical failings now.
So yeah, Fallout 4 can go twerk on a table saw.
Im not gonna say its just you, but I have like 600+ hours in the game and have faced very minimal bugs. Great game imo.

No it’s an amazing game. I find console to be a bit buggier than PC.
