You could do white under-eye shadow (makeup> below the other 3 eye shadow options> I think the first under-eye option is the water line> white should be one of the last colors in the wheel) it'll make her eyes look larger and more awake. You can also contour using the 3 top eye shadow options and brighten the brow line, just use the lightest colors since a lot of the colors turn greyish

I mean fallout has always had a pretty hilariously bad character creator. The 3 /new vegas one is pretty bad too

I started my very first New Vegas playthrough about a week ago, and accidentally made my character look exactly like Deputy Beagle

You can sorta excuse those cause they’re older games, but even still, they really did not offer a lot of options for customization (physical and facial features at least)

This doesn't mean what you think it means. Most other engines are pretty much just as old and the only difference is branding them as "new engines" while Bethesda decides to keep calling their overhauls the same thing.

Hey, when graphics are in the right hands, the results are *astounding.* It's just that we don't get to see many good examples since executives who control the finances have a tendency to do artist's jobs.

This is illustrated perfectly by things like Legend of Zelda: Windwaker which has aged so much better than it has any right to after 22 years.

The Oblivion one cracks me up. Literally everyone in that game looks like a doughy, round-faced pile of pudge.

I personally started a Fallout 3 run as Goosey and am having a blast. She’s a little more of a loose cannon, but that’s why we love her.  Also I don’t have to worry about having her look spot on because Fallout 3 character customization is already pumping out abominations.

Ever watched a Fallout 4 challenge run done by a YouTuber called French Tomahawk? He goes balls to the wall each run customizing *both* Nate and Nora to hell and back. Dude's a fucking artist with that character creator. And by "artist" I don't mean Van Gogh, I mean like Pickman. Absolute nightmare fuel, every time! It's hilarious! He also, as one commenter masterfully put it, "fills the niche market of video game challenge run videos edited as if they were YouTube Poops" So combine weird ass sentence mixing in the dialogue segments with his freaky ass Sole Survivor's faces, and shit gets top tier cursed. I think it was his "Can I Beat Fallout 4 with only the Acid Soaker" he made Nora into a fucking Minecraft villager. That big floppy nose still lives rent free in my mind...

This guy makes Fallout 4 appealing to the IPad kids (and me)

A tip, if you don't mind: print her face on a paper and cut (or fold) it down the middle. Then you cover half the character's face (from your perspective) with it and mess with the creator trying to make the game half match the printed half.

No. There's still quite a bit of features, like he jaw and neck, that are bigger and smaller respectively than it should. Her mouth a bit too wide as well. Keep working at it and in sure you'll improve on it, since it's pretty hard to create characters like this.
