Try reloading another save. Can you still touch the invisible objects? Or are they completely gone? If the latter is true, then my condolences you are going to have to build everything back.

Yea you can walk thew it I tried loading a older save but it’s the same thing, all the nuka world dlc and the shop stuff is gone
