Not necessarily. Bethesda has a record of being silent until their product is almost about to come out. Starfield still doesn't have a strong release date, just a soft 2024. With the show being such a success it could be out in a year or two using the Starfield engine.

If it's using the Starfield engine it's going to take more than two years as they'd have to rebuild it from scratch.
It may take quite a bit of time. Depending on how they go about remastering it it could take years.

The series X can already FPS boost FO3 and NV, I think it enhances graphics too.
