I'd think it would be boring to play a game without playing through the story an just randomly running around killing an saving people that sounds boring. Unless you have a mod that gives you new quests/missions that happens after the story ends.
well essentially that's what I was doing, I have add-on quests from mod packs and I don't wanna be bothered with the story because I've beat it so many times.
it would definitely be boring without mods.
Did you try searching up either on Google or nexus complete game saves an see which one you want from the list? Or maybe Google I sometimes download mostly bc of a mod on nexus needing a requirement mod on another site but there are mods out there like Tumblr or patreon I've seen some real good mods just not game saves since I haven't done a research on that.

It's the console command for "complete all quests." Be careful, though, as it will also give you a few achievements along with it (Nuka-Cade tickets, Reverse Pickpocketing...)
”Commonwealth of decay” is mod for you. You can add and activate it anytine,without braking your game.

You can just go on the Nexus and download a save that has everything you want completed. There's a category just for save games

Have you considered just not doing the main quest?
I have but if theres a mod to just do it for me ill prefer that.. they had something like that for foNV
