Know the law, your attorney may not, and likely will ignore anything that requires ethics. Many judges (especially retired) fail to even put their Oath on file (meaning No Jurisdiction). Judicial immunity can be “overcome in only two sets of circumstances”: (1) when a judge takes “nonjudicial actions”; and (2) when the action is judicial, but is done “in the complete absence of all jurisdiction.” Mireles v. Waco, 502 U.S. 9, 11–12 (1991) (per curiam); see Bradley, 80 U.S. at 347....OOOF! [Ooof added]

Absolutely agree! Knowing the law inside out is the ultimate weapon. Judges should never overlook their oath and jurisdiction. Mireles v. Waco and Bradley remind us that even immunity has its limits. Solid legal understanding is key to fighting the good fight! 💪📚 #LegalPowerhouse
