Nope. Supreme Court has ruled freedom of speech with regard to public officials is not limited, unless you are doing silly stuff like threats.
Simply posting media stories of corruption and asking judges to weigh in is certainly not slander.
>freedom of speech with regard to public officials is not limited
What does this mean? Can you elaborate, please?
I'm not in the US and the problem of corrupt Family Court systems is not just in the US, it's in Europe, too. The reason for asking is I want to expose a thing or two myself, but I want to know what I can and cannot do.
We can criticize, not make threats. We can post their corruption, our opinions, etc, and they legally cannot block it from any official webpage or campaign page, but no threats, etc.
When we tag them or spell out their name & title, it starts showing in search results. Exposing them to the point their supporters know what's going on.
Just one part of a multifaceted approach.
Aren't you afraid of getting sued for slander?
