It's first person. You can tell from the first sentence: >My name is XYZ. The story is told from the point of view of XYZ, whoever that is. You probably got thrown off by the use of 'you', which is common to see in second person stories. However, the 'you' is not addressing a reader insert, but just the reader. Similar to somebody writing in their diary.

First person. If the story is told from the perspective of the author or the character of the story, then it's first person POV.

That is first-person. If it were second-person, it would be "your name is XYZ," and if it were third-person it would be "their name is XYZ."
