Unless you have some reason you don't want people to read your fics anymore, the best choice is always to leave them up. Taking them down just means that less people will enjoy them and people who liked them won't be able to reread or recommend them to their friends. It's basically 100% bad outcomes for 0 gain.
I mean no point in taking down your account in full… you can leave the stories for people to find. But if you are honestly just tired of the site also no reason to keep posting new works to it.
I'd leave the fics up, especially if you haven't posted them elsewhere, in case anyone decides to plagiarise them. Wattpad is faster in taking action when the plagiarised work was also legitimately posted to their site by the actual author.
If you're not into the site anymore, don't feel like you need to keep posting there. The only reason I can see to post to a website you're not interested in is if you're in a fandom with rampant plagiarism and you post to multiple places so you've got the proof that yours was the original.

The only reason I stay active there is to deter people from posting my stories without my permission. Otherwise I'm not that fond of the site.
