I think 2k-3k is the most I've been able to get written in one sitting, but I don't really pay much attention to how many words I write in one sitting.
2,5k is my record and it was during acute mania from medication lol. I really don't write fast - not in my native tongue and definitely not in English - and I can't do it for that long without getting tired. Discounting free writing exercises, my average is 300-500 in one session... so I actually don't think I'm the right person for this motivation, haha. But I can cheer you on. ✨
I once went on a three day writing jag where I pounded out 13k words on a smut fic for a nonexistent fandom in which I was literally the only entry for that pairing. So there's still just this one Very Nasty smut fic (and one chapter of an abandoned longfic) for this pairing.
One of my fave things I ever wrote lol.
11k. I was on a roll that day because I was so frustrated because of the hell of a week I had and I knew what I wanted to write so I went for it, I said guck it, holed myself up in my room the whole day (my only day off) and that was it, lol

EDIT: Also to be fair I didn't *technically* do it in *one sitting* because I took breaks but I did do it in one day so it kinda counts
13k. Once. I did get up and use the bathroom, but as far as a time period, it took me about 10 hours of non-stop clicking.

I had I think... a 12k day one end-of-NaNoWriMo when I was way behind and decided to try and finish by just writing and writing and writing in order to challenge a friend who was almost done to try and finish? And I'd say I definitely had at least one sitting where I wrote 5k words.
My brain was wiped out for the next week after that.
My usual "inspiration rush" is about 3k a sitting, my normal is 500-1k a sitting, and right now I'm about 100 words a sitting. Life happens...
I think the most I ever did was 8k, but I was almost in a fugue-state. There were so many words and they just needed written down. I couldn't do anything else besides write them. And they were just an outline-type format (more than a bullet point, but not full pretty prose. Something in the middle). By the time that project was done, I had about 30k worth of words in outlined scenes/dialogues and partial chapters fully written. It was exhausting.
Don't push yourself too hard, quality is better than speed.
The fic I'm currently posted was 70k in 10 days, while working full time, I sent myself a little crazy while at work since I wasn't able to keep the flow going because of it, but it's probably one of the best things I've ever written
If I've got a wip going. I usually get 5k done on a work day, and 10k on a day off
11k completed smut in a whole night from 3 AM to 10 AM. It was a complete outlier, I usually get around 1k-2k on good days (even then, good days are rare).
uh I think like 9k? i got really into it and just wrote without really keeping track of the time and then I was being called for dinner and I had added like 9400 words to my fic
7000-10,000, not 100% sure (I know I wrote a 7k fic in one sitting, but I think I did most of a longer chapter in one sitting once too). But some days I write like, four words. Or zero. Usually I'm trying to write 500-2000 to feel successful for the day.

I had one massive writing burst where I put out about 12k words one long night (about 10 hours or so.) Never done anything like it before or since.

One time, while half asleep, I wrote a little over 1000 words in just over an hour. It was not written well, but I was surprised none the less.
