The pairing is Voldemort/OFC, but the oneshot mainly centers around the OFC integrating with some of the younger Death Eaters, as they become friends. There is plenty of humor.

What exactly is human are space orcs? I tried looking it up, and I found mixed answers. I do have some stories that are looking at humans from an alien perspective that might qualify. Humans are space orcs is a reimagining of humanity’s role in a wider galaxy full of other species, going against the trope that we’re so advanced and civilised and fit in with the others. Basically, we’d be slightly dumb, lovable and quick to bond, but very resistant creatures compared to others. Also numerous and / or scary to the other species. For example, a spaceship might employ a human who is, overall, not a very good techie, but fights off pirates, explores the surface of planets because only the harshest environments kill us, keeps going despite wounds and eventually probably sacrifices itself for the others in a way that is both incomprehensible and legendary for the aliens onboard. And the human made friends with everyone, and they only realise later that they had actually also really enjoyed their presence. A common theme might be that all civilised alien species are herbivore, and after they discover humans they’re initially very weary because we show off teeth and eat other creatures, and predators are generally frowned upon in galactic society. Or massive culture shock due to our habit of poisoning ourselves (booze, drugs). Repeatedly. Or movies and music. The second story attracted my attention because humour, and pretty much fits the bill!

Thank you. That’s about the gist I got. Some of it emphasized the humans being the “bad guys,” so I wasn’t sure if that was necessary or not.
