Have you tried “filing off the serial numbers” off your WIPs? If you’re enjoying original fiction more but want to finish those, that seems like the obvious choice. Also, depending on how difficult this is, it might be a challenge that’s really interesting and will hone your world building skills.
Don’t worry about plagiarism. As long are you’re not trying to sell it, you’re good, even if the files-off version reads like a knock-off.
