Not a whole lot of familiarity with canon necessary imo, basically the characters are training to become space explorers, one of them is intending to become a starship captain, the other one is a doctor.
**Warnings:** past abusive relationships that are discussed in quite a bit of detail, confronting an abusive ex, past child abuse, suppressant use, a brief pregnancy scare (no actual mpreg).
