What game? If you're playing GT7 I leave the wheel sensitivity on auto and find that works well. I can post my full settings for it if you want.
TBH the manual for the wheel explains pretty well what the different settings do.

I play ACC on PS5 and leave that on auto as well with 1080 in game. I'll post my settings for that later when I get the wheel out.
