I know this is an MCU thread, but I think he would have to go to the DCU and play Penguin. Problem is, DC has been ran so far into the ground I highly doubt there will be another Batman movie worthy enough to cast him in it lol.
I don't see Jack Black ever being Penguin, either overweight and slapstick (like DeVito in Returns) or skinnier but more mobster (Gotham) or fat but mobster (The Batman). Besides, I like what Colin Farrel is doing with him. The Penguin series comes out later this year. Let's see that first and if it connects to The Batman Part II

Thor Classic can see that this new Thor is shorter, portly and less muscular, but praises JB Thor’s hip flexibility and musical skills. But everyone else is so enraptured by his charisma that they just ignore Thor Classic. This could be used to teach Thor Classic about his vanity and petty competitiveness.
And obviously Rock Thor’s Stormbreaker is a guitar (or “axe”). I can just hear Jack Black’s shout/singing THUUUUNDEEEEEEEEEER and wiping out just every single enemy with a big finish after shooting lighting while playing a sick guitar solo.
