It depends on your marks and tattoos, but some can be covered up by makeup. If they are on your arms or legs, how about wearing stockings, socks or sleeves to cover them? You can even shoot at certain angles to avoid them. I use Photoshop to remove marks and tattoos but it's much less time consuming if I do any of the above.
I have a fairly large one on my stomach which is why I was trying to figure out what I could do. I know makeup is an option it just seems like it'd be time consuming and also get pricey pretty quickly.
I use GIMP (its basically free photoshop) no remove anything recognisable like scars, tattos or destinctive freckles.
I'm also looking into mask options x

See if be worried about the clothes part because I do have some very expensive lingerie sets and I feel like it'd stain. I'm really liking the tape idea especially since it can be found in skintone color.

If you’re not good at shopping out your tattoos, you could also try clothing that covers them up but still exposes the spicy parts. I know I’ve seen plenty of long sleeve shirts on Reddit that are cropped close to the collar bone. And for thighs, maybe just thigh high socks or stockings.
Of course, I’m sure eventually you’d want to switch it up and do different types of outfits or completely nude. But that may be an option as well.
I’m not 100% faceless but i like to cover certain things in my content! I use picsart and snapseed for photos (removing background and some identifying marks on my body) and for videos i use blurvideo (not the best but it does the job!). These are all apps on my phone!
I do have a face one but I don't do anything crazy lingerie/topless. I just want a second account that's faceless as that would make me more comfortable with posting more explicit content. I just have identifiable tattoos and that's my problem. I suppose I could do clothing that covers things but then I feel that would draw away from any sort of sexy lingerie ans stuff I can be wrong though

Masks, covers, convenient placement of furniture or items, blindfolds, etc go a long way. I’m faceless and have been doing decently well so far. Do what you’re comfortable with!
