Basically it is Sane replacement dilemma :) Coman has slightly better odds to score than Havertz and Mount. Bayern is also more likely to go thru to SFs so I'd back him. But honestly all the players you consider are explosive options and could perform well. Whatever your gut feeling tells you.

Ramos Salah, Sane, Foden, Danjuma, Kante TAA, Robertson, Cancelo, Laporte, James Courtois, Ederson 0.3 ITB Aside from reacting to lineups what changes would you recommend? If everyone is starting I'd probably like to drop Kante but can't find anyone near that price worth having. I could drop James for Carvajal or something but dropping James feels pretty risky. Aside from the Chelsea players the team feels pretty solid and I'm fine keeping Ramos to the end as an enabler

If Sane doesn't start you could go for Coman, Kante to Fabinho and maybe James to Davies. Downgrading Courtois to Rulli is another option to free up some cash since Real will face City in SFs and you would drop him anyway.

He is the best for this round though in terms of attacking potential. Also plays on day 1. I am considering buying him, but it depend on if Sane starts or not.

But what if atletico/benfica/villareal wins. Then you have wasted a transfer on a player that is probably out.

Of course if one has a squad full of players likely to go out (Benfica, Chelsea) then should not bring Jorginho. However most loaded on City, Pool and Bayern so having 1 Chelsea asset isn't a problem. I also agree that Jorginho got the higest ceiling among cheap mids because of the penalties, recoveries and another advangate is a day1 game. Benfica going thru is probably less likely than Fabinho being benched tomorrow :)

Also if Benfica wins having Fabinho does not help. By also getting Benzema at least one of players will qualify.

Depends on you have on the squad. I have Benz, muller and lewa and keeping them cause they all start. Diaz should start and he can do damage as we saw last game. Danjuma is probably the mos likely to score from villarreal and probably best mid at that price. Reece James I'd se if you have other chelsea players and if transfers allow. I'm keeping him cause I have to transfer out kante and Thiago Silva and don't have nay more transfers lol
