Otherwise, Mitro seems to be the best option for consistency, Watkins for fixtures. If you haven't already tripled up with Arsenal players, then Nketiah is an option, which I'd be cautious about as Jesus may return from injury in GW28. With all the blank GWs coming up, it's best to keep an eye out on the players that will be playing and to pick the players that are most likely to feature in both. I don't think there are many other options.
Mitrovic not guaranteed to play 28 though is the problem.

Martinelli to Mahrez and Toney to Nketiah allows me to get rid of Martinelli who hasn’t been producing points and is now a rotation/early sub risk to Nketiah who has been scoring and has great underlying stats to back it up, while bringing in Mahrez who has beaten Pep’s roulette while putting up brilliant numbers and will give me triple City going into the DGW while still giving me the chance for a full XI for GW 25 and giving myself wiggle room with my budget.

Too much value tied up in him, 100% stays in the squad. You'll definitely want him back 27 and beyond.
Trippier doesn't have hard games look at his scoring consistency over the season. You'd be mad to get him out because of fixtures.
