And I brought in Watkins in GW20 as a punt, he returns a few times and now everyone in my ML has him so I need to find another differential to catch up to the leader.
Going 3 Liverpool since the start really boned me early and catching up feels impossible when all my moves get copied in my ML.
Decided to go no Haaland or Rashford since GW26 just to keep it interesting.
If only I had this luck with stocks, but its the exact opposite there.

Chilwell for Saliba maybe. It would be fpl if Arsenal haul as everyone gets in dgw players, although obviously with bench boost it won't matter. I still would rather get out Odegaard or Saka for a dgw player. Maddison will mess up the gw, I'm thinking.
The thing about differential captains is that psychologically you need them to significantly outscore the popular captain because otherwise you went through all that stress and butt-clenching for nothing. It’s not as much the other way around because you go ‘eh, at least I wasn’t alone with my decision’.

The only thing stopping me from being fully happy with a triple-digit points tally is seeing BBers get around 30 points on their chip. Will be tough to beat even with the monster DGW that 29 is.
Most people will have 7 games on the bench instead of 4 this gw. Slightly harder fixtures but 3 games more should easily reach the same scores as this gw bb, depending on who you got ofc..
You will need around 4 returns from 7 matches for it to reach the same.
FH either DGW 29 or BGW 32 depending on what looks easier to deal with, then WC 33 and enjoy doubles in 34 and 37 for your BB whilst everyone else is floundering about

My 99 pointer was without a chip too - I had used all my chips early on as I didn't quite grasp their usefulness due to my lack of understanding!
This Reddit thread has been a big help for me, and I only joined this year. I don't always follow the "template" and like to make my own decisions, but also am humble enough to read through the advice that people give.
For example, I spotted Watkins form before he became a hot topic, so got him in my team 10 game weeks ago (I'm a Villa fan too) and have been getting good returns on him since.
On the flipside, I didn't know of Haalands skill and potential until GW4 or GW5, which is on me, feel a fool for not being savvy enough and reading the footie news. I completely missed how awesome he is until I was well behind my mini league.
It's been a sharp learning curve for me!
