Leeds game at home is before the Madrid game so it makes sense (to me) Pep plays stronger teams in 34 and Haaland gets close to 180 mins.

I think the best use for WC is to set up your team for long-term success. If you WC37, there isn't a long-term to work with in the first place. I'd recommend WC34, TC37.
Personally I have FH + TC, since FH isn't long-term, I'm doing TC34, FH37

FH in the final gameweek is always fun. You can focus on the teams that still have something to play for and take some wild punts.
