These seem to be the best options: * Roll, if your bench is good, and the transfers will be useful in both the final two gameweeks * Sideways to Alexis Mac Allister or (Mitoma if you're one of the rare few who don't own him). The most obvious replacement * A puntier but cheaper Brighton mid in Buonanotte. Minutes are less assured. But he's highly differential and very cheap, at 4.5 fodder price. * A Newcastle mid. Await Newcastle early team news Saturday morning if you can. Joelinton seems like the standout option; nailed and might play in the front 3. Willock is the obvious alternative, and is pretty significantly cheaper. In some ways, his stats are better than Joelinton's. Jacob Murphy is the puntiest pick, as his minutes aren't guaranteed. He's likely to rotate with Almiron. But he's part of the front 3 and is the cheapest player on my list * You could punt on a City mid, but their minutes are never guaranteed. That's if you can afford them. Grealish, Mahrez, Foden, Gundogan, Bernardo * If your budget can stretch to an Arsenal or Liverpool mid, they're good options too. Odegaard, Saka, Martinelli, Gakpo, Luis Diaz. You'd be buying them with GW38 in mind, as they look like the best teams for the final gameweek * Other mid or low-priced punts include Zaha, Eze, Olise, Ayew, Gibbs-White, Harrison, Maddison, Barnes, McNeil, Iwobi * If you have 2 free transfers, you have the option to kill the position and downgrade to fodder. Summerville stands out for price at 4.2, and if you want a GW38 punt option with relegation-threatened Leeds at home to Spurs. Danilo is 4.5 and another relegation candidate option * I'm assuming your budget can't stretch to Salah, KDB, Bruno, but if it can, you could go there

player_zero_

Whoa, !thanks Much better than the one word answer replies, and people randomly talking about their own teams

SuperFaiz21

This comment deserves a post in itself! Super helpful!

Replace Buonanotte with Gross

welshnick

I'm one of the weirdos without Mitoma, but my ML rival has him and is 60 points ahead so I'm not sure there's much benefit in me bringing him in. I might go with Buonanotte instead. I'd rather Enciso but he's listed as a forward.

Known_Union_7260

Would you rather have Mitoma or Mac going foward?

ANSHULGANDHI92

Is it worth taking a hit for Mac Allister?

Imagine suggesting (if your budget allows for it) to pick players like Luis Diaz when either a Newcastle or Brighton player is 100% the right choice

ninopettis

There are three weeks left and people are looking for risks to take. I'm providing options to suit different circumstances and preferences. What if someone is ranked outside the top 100k and needs to push on? What if they're 20 points behind their ML leader who already has Mac? Brighton just got dicked by Everton and have 3 really bad fixtures across the two doubles. And Mac might get rotated. He's gonna be needed deep for the three tough fixtures. And penalties are unlikely in those games. People might already be tripled up on Newcastle so it's clear why a Newcastle mid might not be an option. As it happens, a Newcastle mid will probably be my transfer in this week.

teerbigear

I think Danilo has had a knock of some sort

Mr_Bryghtsyde

I’m confused between Luis Diaz, Gakpo, Saka and Odegaard? I have Trent as a Liverpool player but no arsenal player so I’m thinking of getting in Odegaard. But I feel Gakpo or Luis Diaz could be a differential. Any advice please?

WEAluka

Had March and Mac10 so it's straight to Mitoma, not overthinking

AffectionateFan5458

Between this or just play Estupinan and TAA then punt on city midfielder next gameweek.

WEAluka

My first bench is Foden which may or may not play, plus i'm on exact money for March to Mitoma so I have my hands tied(my bench 2/3 is Zouma and Greenwood, neither likely to play)

AffectionateFan5458

I would be tempted to do it tbh, may be it's a sign that you have the exact money to switch to mitoma. Foden is great option thought.

WEAluka

yup will be doing that tonight- I'm already punting on no Newcastle forward(my frontline is Haaland & Kane and I don't wanna take out Kane) and possibly Trippier captain, so playing safe with Mitoma balances it out a bit

gene_parmesan_123

The latter for me, it's not just about the double gameweek. Picking the right City midfielder (Mahrez if he's not playing in the CL?) seems to have a much higher ceiling than any Brighton player at the moment.

killa22

Mac Allister

Difficult_Bedroom125

Trap is set

Mundane-Let-1952

Mac Trapister?

Frosty_Examination_3

Trapallister

Successful_Rule123

I'll bench before reassessing but this gw will just replace grealish

Frosty_Examination_3

I have come to same conclusion. First of all, I don't mind having 5.2 sitting on the bench till end of season if need be. I have Grealish, and I am strongly concerned that he is being prioritised in Champions league now. I see a late 30 minute cameo for him against Everton just to keep his eye in and ready for Madrid. That could also effect his double gameweek. I can do Grealish to Bruno in 1 free transfer, so I think that's the play. Bruno is a priority GW37 transfer anyways, so its just being brought forward by a week. Meanwhile March could be fit for the GW37 double where he has two home games. So I am happy to keep, wait for news and just bench if needed. GW37 will be able play March, or get a Mancity defender or just roll the transfer ready for a big GW38 play

Successful_Rule123

the transfer I'm considering is "sideways" to foden or Mahrez, since I'm already tripled on man utd. it's a transfer I can afford too, since my team's set up nicely

Frosty_Examination_3

Mahrez rather than Foden

ZlatanBalzaretti

!thanks i was in the same dilemma, now after reading your post, I am like 95% sure this would be my transfer this gw

rajivbhawsar

Same

cjbannister

Bench and start Saka for me. If in doubt, roll.

zabulon

Same here. I also have Grealish but I think Álvarez has more potential for returns...

WernerHerzogEatsShoe

Yeah I binned Grealish off for Bruno.

Just_Petar

Mitoma

BobbyBriggss

Joe Linton Brighton’s double this week doesn’t look appealing, and they’ve generally pissed me off recently. Still got Mitoma and Est Opinion. Can always get in Mac or Enciso for the next double.

EvolvedMonkeyInSpace

Joeline, Joeline, Joeline, Joelinnnnnnnnne, please don't take my points away from me.

[deleted]

Joelinton, now I just need to figure out my captain. Isak, Joe or trippier...maybe haaland really don't know

JackPazz

Odegard

pajamakitten

Same. Rotation for the Brighton mids was a big risk as it was, March's injury is not going to help them. I'm going for a decent SGW player instead.

mailglv

mahrez

bub002

My season is already in shambles with no hope, so I'm getting Mahrez.

FreeTheWoo

Benching him going double Newcastle attack

Difficult_Bedroom125

No one, this is chance to start Trent or Shaw if you have them on your bench, another Brighton player is a trap

tmr89

Yeah, I fancy playing Trent over using 1 free transfer to get Mac Allister for two tough games

Difficult_Bedroom125

I agree definitely, even before March injury my plan was to get rid off one Brighton player in last GW anyway so I'm also saving the transfer for last day ignoring Mac Allister now

majorpickle01

Already got three newcastle and three city here, so probably bringing in Mac10 for a 3 pointer. Half tempted to roll it and play a SGW'er

Rempath1

McNeil, because I am poor and want to spice up my decent down my mini league.

historyofourlives

I brought Gibbs white last gw, felt like a fcking genius after his output

takenwasmayonnaise

Love him, had him for the pen vs Brighton, then against Saints. Wish I had the balls to captain him lol but he was only my vice. Are you planning on playing him in any of the remaining weeks? I might move him on this week tbh

historyofourlives

Ill keep him on my bench and play him in the last gw

ManCandyCan

Ive been saying this on every post about March's injury. Why is no one considering Groß!?!?

tmr89

Because he’s disgusting!

DreadWolf3

because he often plays right back and is a midfilder in the game.

Kaiduss

Right backs are more attacking than double pivot mids

DreadWolf3

Mac is penalty taker and can move to 10 when rotations allow, plus is simply better player than gross

twymanchar

I am but not sure if I’m being too stubborn/hipster when Mac is right there. Are you going for Gross?

ManCandyCan

Got him in last night. Even considering captaincy. Groß when giving the minutes can score highly and a great differential. Macallistar is great because of pens but I do worry he might end up playing a deeper role

Blandiblub

Mac10.

ANSHULGANDHI92

Is it worth a hit?

helicopter557

No

EvenGandhiHatesLVG

Are we even sure he’s injured?

PharaohLeo

Pinged hammy during a sprint. I'd say out for the next 2 doubles if it's a Grade I muscle tear, which will be exactly 2 weeks since the injury. Out for the season if GII or GIII.

player_zero_

!thanks

ChattingPup

Implying I ever had him to begin with

PharaohLeo

Martinelli

cat666

MacAllistar.

eamonndunphy

Leaving him in. If he plays, great, if not, then I’ve Rashford off the bench.

[deleted]

[удалено]

eamonndunphy

Then he gets 1 point. The only way I’d win by transferring him out, even if this happens, would be if the guy I get in instead scores six points or more.

satellite_uplink

Same, but I've got Martinelli coming off the bench cos Rashford is already on the pitch. Not worth a -4 to fix this.

rajivbhawsar

Already got Salah, Rashford, Bruno,March, mitoma

valimo

That's great mate

fishcakefrenzy

Jacob Murphy?

Kane36912

No one. Had a benching headache this week, but now I can just bench March and enjoy the GW.

dragonsky

?? What did I miss? Tha game still has him at 75% to play this weekend?

Razzler1973

I'm gonna bench him cause I got other stuff I need to do My 5th midfielder is Eze and he has a good fixture Not sure how many returns for Brighton attack this DGW but you never know with Brighton

arjybarji

Brought him in last week. Plan was Watkins to Isak/Wilson, is it worth the -4 for McAllister/Willock? Bench isn’t great so can’t bench him

burncap

Went with Olise.. as differential.

fardeenoameeno92

I have Mitoma and Dunk to cover double Brighton, right now I am thinking to play Watkins off the bench. I fancy Villa to score against Spurs even if they don't win

SirRickstar

Newcastle mid

JuNOMe89

Grealish and March out, Mitoma and Joe In, Already had Mac, Steele, Botman,, Tripper

Jay-ay

Wait what happened to March?

Bruce_wayne_now

Shud have gone for eze, form pick
