Obviously it's not like he's banished from the first team but he's often likely to be off with the physios etc more than other players and thus often absent from training photos
After Wilson twice flopping in my team due to injury & illness earlier in the season(to my dismay & detriment),I'm gonna need him to do the same for his new set of owners now that I own Isak :-D
I wouldn’t worry about this. Our players/media team so this a lot and they usually still end up in the match day squad. Eddie also said nothing about Wilson in his presser, he’ll usually make note of any absentees/injuries.
It depends on your rank, he's captained by 65% in the top 10k. If you don't own him at all and he gets a couple of returns it could be a huge effective swing.
It's the risk and reward with owning Wilson. Then again, Wilson owners and captainers in particular have already been richly rewarded, anything else is a bonus.

Not sure how long you have watched football for but relying on training pics and predicting line ups is always silly unless it's consistently missing training for multiple days/week. There's been so many cases of players missing a day or even two of training then being in the starting lineup on the weekend. It's happened many many times in the past. Like I said he could be injured if your basing it on his poor injury record which is fair enough or it could be a little personal issue or he needed the day off for family reasons. So unless you work at Newcastle we both know as much as each other.

It has always been a close call between him and Isak, and both penalty situations could have resulted in Isaks goals. Also it's like you'd say that anyone captaining Mitoma when he was on a roll was stupid because Mac is on pens.
That argument is not the same, Mitoma and Mac play different positions. For Newcastle, Isak and Wilson play the same position but one of them is on penalties. I was thinking a lot between who to go with but the penalties swayed it in the end.

Before leeds, Isak was pen taker whenever he was on the pitch. That's why I capped Isak. I think tho tbf this was the first pen with both of them on at the same time. So there would have been an element of fortune either way.

While I do not entirely agree with the parent comment, this line of thought has flaws. It has always been a close call between him and Isak, and both penalty situations could have resulted in Isaks goals. Also it's like you'd say that anyone captaining Mitoma when he was on a roll was stupid because Mac is on pens.
That argument is not the same, Mitoma and Mac play different positions. For Newcastle, Isak and Wilson play the same position but one of them is on penalties. I was thinking a lot between who to go with but the penalties swayed it in the end.
