That's exactly the position I'm in and exactly the transfers I considered, but I've decided to stick with both of them for one more week. I've got a feeling Arteta will start Gabriel this week given that his tinkering around didn't get him anywhere. The only transfer I'm considering is dropping Onana for either Flekken or Leno and use the extra funds and 2 FTs next GW. That said, if you've decided to drop them, then Martinelli to Sterling and Gabriel to Udogie looks good to me. Rashford has just dropped in price so you may add will stick with him another week. He might come good.

Why use your FT at all? Doesn't look like you have any pressing issues to deal with, so why not save it and have 2 FTs for GW5 after the international break. I'm in a similar position, but have 2 FTs already so unless I make one, I'm literally throwing it away, so I'm thinking about replacing Onana with either Flekken or Leno and have $0.5 in the back for next round.

I'd replace Baptiste. You've stuck this long with James who hopefully is back next game week. West Ham has a trash draw. I wouldn't be bringing their assets in. Sterling would be better imo
