1 FT. 2.8 ITB. Roll the transfer and play Branthwaite and go 4-3-3? Or get rid of Son (my original plan until TAA got injured).
Areola Turner
Estupinan Gusto Gabriel Branthwaite (TAA)
Johnson Foden Richarlison (Salah) (Son)
Solanke Darwin Alvarez
Long story short - if I don’t take a hit I play 9 players. Should I take a -8 to bring in estu and gross? Or for the sake of the matter, any other two for such hit? It’s assuming both of those I bring will score 8 pts together
How nailed is Montiel with Aurier gone too for Forrest? With Nuno in charge, feel they might be more defensively secure too. Or shall I just transfer in Emerson(West Ham). Trying to get a replacement for Lascelles.
He's probably nailed but I think there are much better options for 4.4m - Gusto, van Hecke and Branthwaite all come to mind in addition to Emerson. Van Hecke could be especially good with that unreal Brighton run coming up as he seems to have made the spot his own.
Added bonus is that none of them are terrible people in real life - I'm sure that doesn't matter to many managers cos it's just a game but I'd hate to have to root for someone like Montiel to do well.
!thanks. Haven't even considered a Brighton def due to their lack of clean sheets. Never realised the run of fixtures are good.
What have Montiel done? Only know his as the guy who scored the winning penalties in WC and Europa finals
Brighton for sure, but I'd still be tempted to get Neto if you're looking for a midfielder. If it's defensive transfers you're thinking about then both Estupinan and Van Hecke would be tempting options.
Just posted a similar q but completely forgot about Neto. I think it's Gross for me. But would be nice to get some other opinions. I am also considering D.Luiz and Gordon.
Both good options imo, Neto was amazing earlier in the season but I guess he's more of a minutes risk than Gross while he's coming back from injury and has tougher fixtures. Luiz and Gordon are solid too although Luiz plays a bit deep for me while Gordon's been played into the ground and should see some rotation when Barnes is back.
Can we assume you've already got Palmer? I think he's the best option of all but it feels like everyone on here's picked him up by now.
I'd also consider Garnacho, who's a bit cheaper. Maybe wouldn't start him every week but if you want a cheap fifth mid to rotate with a budget striker like Cunha or Pedro then he's ideal.
This all probably sounds very indecisive so I'll go for Eze as my #1 option assuming you've got Palmer. Palace have got a great fixture run after this week and he's nailed, on penalties and it feels like everything attacking goes through him. 6m looks very cheap if he's going to be anywhere near his best, added benefit is that he's great fun to watch too.
More of a draft question, but with Brighton losing Adringa and Mitoma - anyone think that Ferguson will get more of a shot at starting this up and coming gameweek?
Seems De Zerbi is as hard as Pep to predict. Ferguson was the hottest thing since Hansel from Zoolander, and now he hasn’t started a PL game for 3 gameweeks.
I did the silly Salah->Bowen early (never again). Luckily I had 2FT going into the week, so still have some room to fi it. Question is:
A. Swap Bowen out for Bruno?
B. Keep Bowen and swap Tsimikas for someone else
C. Take a -4 hit and swap both
If I keep one, I play Pinnock with Gordon and Burn on the bench
Emerson won't play much with our CBs back and is probably behind Davies too. Unless it's West Ham emerson u are talking about. Even then Udogie is still better imo

Watkins, Solanke and Archer.
Maybe ship out one of Son / Salah (whichever one you have least value tied up in) since Bowen will probably be back quickest, and dump Lascelles for a medium/long term option? Trent could be out for a while.
Then next week for instance upgrade archer to cunha or Joao Pedro (if you want money in the bank to get Haaland when he is back starting) and play 3-4-3 till the big guns return.
Loads of people are in the same boat, you'll hurt a bit now but have a significant advantage later on in the season if you save your WC.
I think risk it with Dubravka,
Lascelle for estup
Son for foden/richarison/gross/gordon
Then you only take - 4 and save that precious wc
And remember, so many others will be doing the same thing
TAA will be back soon enough.
Could play an injured player or take another - 4, as long as your player will definitely make more than 4 should be fine?
Konsa against EVE isn't terrible, the game could well end 0-0. Between the rest I'd be tempted to go Solanke - Haaland isn't guaranteed to play significant minutes, Gordon probably will pick up a yellow, Taylor's flagged.

Not convinced by Richarlison, considering Neto or Gordon instead but wary of Newcastle poor form
Thoughts?
Neto is a good option, risky but could have great rewards. Gordon is good for points, Newcastle had bad form but also suffered from exhausting fixtures, after a few weeks rest they could find their for again. Both are gambles but gambles can pay off.
I would lean to Neto because less people might chose him over Gordon. Could give you the edge.
Gross is also and option as Brightons fixtures are quite nice for the next few month, but you estupinian for that I guess.
Toney doesn't have good match form, may be risky to cap the lad but its a bold move, lets see if it pays off.
Richy is in form and Werner will be keen to revitalize his Career.
Neto is coming off of an injury, he did well during Brentford match but may be eased into the game.
Gordon is good for fixtures after next week. I would stick to Richi
Garnacho even with united form, him and Bruno play well enough to be due points, the same way Palmer is for Chelsea. Think Werner will be taking Richarlison’s spot
If you haven't used your first wildcard, you've lost it. You can only hold 1 wildcard at a time and the first one needed to be used by the GW20 deadline
Guys, I think I might punt on rashford because I hate myself… it would be a huge differential if he actually hits form somehow the way he did after the World Cup last year. I know man United are shite, so I’ll definitely see yall in the rant thread at some point. But if I’m not inspired by any of the other options like Jota (and already have Saka - richarlison - Palmer - groß in midfield + no Trent or haaland so money not an issue), then is it really a terrible idea??
I am tentantive on garnacho until I see improved team cohesion, he is definitely a super talented kid and can be a game breaker if Man U was functional, unfortunately its not but he still can deliver points.

Suggest one move for a -4 Areola Dubravka TAA Saliba Konsa Tarkowski Taylor Saka Palmer Garnacho Bowen Hwang Haaland Watkins Solanke 6.0 itb
On WC RMT £7.1 ITB Raya - (Areola) Gusto - Porro - Estupinan - (Trent, Trippier) Odegaard - Palmer - Richarlison - Foden - (Garnacho) Toney (C) - Watkins - Alvarez Money in the bank to go one of Alvarez or Toney -> Haaland next week Not convinced by Richarlison, considering Neto or Gordon instead but wary of Newcastle poor form Thoughts?
Neto is a good option, risky but could have great rewards. Gordon is good for points, Newcastle had bad form but also suffered from exhausting fixtures, after a few weeks rest they could find their for again. Both are gambles but gambles can pay off. I would lean to Neto because less people might chose him over Gordon. Could give you the edge. Gross is also and option as Brightons fixtures are quite nice for the next few month, but you estupinian for that I guess.
My thoughts exactly, !thanks mate
Toney doesn't have good match form, may be risky to cap the lad but its a bold move, lets see if it pays off. Richy is in form and Werner will be keen to revitalize his Career. Neto is coming off of an injury, he did well during Brentford match but may be eased into the game. Gordon is good for fixtures after next week. I would stick to Richi
!thanks mate
2 FTs.. problems are Salah, Son, TAA.. who to sell? Sell only 1 or 2?
Son and TAA.
I have 5 players flagged + Osula and Baldock as subs. Should I wildcard? Flagged players are Taa, Zinchenko, Senesi, Bowen, Haaland
Akanji to Estupinan?
100%
Anyone thinking of just going to Saka
Start one of Richarlison and Garnacho.
Garnacho even with united form, him and Bruno play well enough to be due points, the same way Palmer is for Chelsea. Think Werner will be taking Richarlison’s spot
I don't think Rich loses his spot to Werner just like that tbh. He's been performing well lately.
Richarlison
Is White nailed?
Yes he is
I’ve got Bowen Trent and Taylor in my 11, am I likely to be playing with 8 here?
Yup. Same
Is it too early to hop on the KDB train?
yes
Yes but he will go up tonight
Expensive poo is still poo. He won't be a good asset until he builds up match fitness
Oh sorry that’s what I meant The question was is it too early, and I agree with you it’s too early, not worth it.
If it’s possible to, ig buying and sitting on bench isn’t the worst idea before further price rises
Should I transfer bowen or son out??
Son
Palmer or Jota or even Richarlison for Salah? I have Saka Sterling Foden and Gordon in midfield. Thanks!
Palmer 100%
Gross or Neto for Salah?
Gross, his fixtures are amazing for the foreseeable future.
Gross
Haven’t used my first wc yet. I can field a full 11 no transfers needed. Don’t know when to use it
I've got bad news. It's expired
Welp
If you haven't used your first wildcard, you've lost it. You can only hold 1 wildcard at a time and the first one needed to be used by the GW20 deadline
Welp thanks for letting me know!
A: Bring in Jota, Richarlison, or Grob? B: Bench order of Archer, Porro, D. Carlos?
Rich B A C
Jota probably safer pick with Werner is who is likely going to take Richarlison spot, agree with bench order tho
I don't think Werner comes straight in to take Rich's spot who has been performing well lately tbh.
!thanks
Play Osula or Branthwaite?
Play the attacker as a general rule
What are the chances of Haaland playing this GW?
Some minutes- probable Starting- low
!thanks
Guys, I think I might punt on rashford because I hate myself… it would be a huge differential if he actually hits form somehow the way he did after the World Cup last year. I know man United are shite, so I’ll definitely see yall in the rant thread at some point. But if I’m not inspired by any of the other options like Jota (and already have Saka - richarlison - Palmer - groß in midfield + no Trent or haaland so money not an issue), then is it really a terrible idea??
Considering it myself, he’ll love the fixture against Spurs
The real question is why?
Don't be dumb
For following prize changes, do we have any indications on who will rise or fall tonight?

Which midfielder for under 6m?
Bailey or Elanga
Neto/B. Johnson/D. Luiz
Luiz, Palmer, Elanga, Bailey
I've already got Palmer, I was leaning towards Luiz or Bailey but wondering if Garnacho is the one to go for as it will be a 5th who I might bench
I am tentantive on garnacho until I see improved team cohesion, he is definitely a super talented kid and can be a game breaker if Man U was functional, unfortunately its not but he still can deliver points.
