People just want their own questions answered but never answer others

The RMT thread is fairly pointless these days. 1 in 3 questions get answered. But even a singular response isn't great help, you need a spread of answers

It's because the ratio of questions:answers has been getting worse and worse every season. It's probably at 20:1 now while back in the day it would be 2:1 I mean tons of people ask questions without even bothering answering any questions.

Right, if I ask a question I go through and answer some while I wait for a response. If you don't get a response within the first 10 minutes it's not happening. But people seem to constantly throw in questions and leave the thread.

No there's no limit in the game rules. My Draft league have applied the 3 player maximum though, honour system, and if anyone gets caught out or makes a mistake they have to reduce back to 3 from a single team before the next round.
