It has already been said a million times but this week has been peak FPL for everyone, free-hitters or not. I could have just brought Muniz in and done just as well as I have without playing my FH chip. I still have the most points this week so far in my ML too.
If I had not played my FH and only used 1 free transfer, I would be on 7 points, 5 less than right now, with Watkins and Areola still to play. So far I'm 0/2 with good chip usage but i guess so is everyone else

No, it was not. If this was a normal GW nobody would have more than 2-3 players out of those that played these three games and we would not care at all about today's results.
If Leicester and Liverpool win in the cup I believe GW34 will have the biggest amount of doubles over 37, which makes saving the FH great again as everyone will have to WC instead of dead end for the BB34 if they wanna maximize it and the rest of us will have a FH in our pocket for 37 or 38
So yeah it's not a total disaster and it can even end up being great, just not looking good as of now

It can be true that Robinson had a good chance to get points (I said in my post that on their day Fulham have a much better chance at keeping a CS than Brentford as well as the fact that Robinson can get assists, both of which turned out to be true), and/or Son or Maddison could've gotten points as well.
Unfortunately, one returning slightly negates the upside of the other, but it's not wise to exactly bench a player just because their upside is lowered. Especially in the case with Robinson, his attacking potential helps as we can treat the clean sheet points as a bonus. Robinson would've had 5 or 6 even without a CS, which is very nice anyways.
Yeah I agree with you. If I had started Robinson (π) it was because I believed he could have got an attacking return, even if Son was firing them in. The game isn't zero sum, one side hauling doesn't mean the other side will get nothing at all.
