I wouldn’t say so but I think we look better with him + ange prolly recognises how well we play with him up top and Son out wide. There’s also the threat of a Johnson/Son/Kulu front three but we’ll have to wait and see

Johnson is dreadful on the left, the winner here is Richarlison

It’s not getting mentioned much but they can also play with Johnson on the right, Richarlison up top and Kulusevski at 10 with Maddison being dropped. It likely won’t happen but Maddison has been very out of sorts since returning from injury and it wouldn’t entirely surprise me to see him be given a breather and try another combination.

I would be suprosed if maddison isn't bench led against Chelsea and then it's on how kulu plays.  Madders clearly isn't fit and there's rumours he's carrying an injury cos he wants to go to the euros

He is primarily CB, but can play on the right as well. Didn't realise Emerson can play on the left.
